This is one of our local hang outs so we have been here 20-30 times. Not an amazing dining experience but good Mexican food and good beer... Service is a little up and down depending on the mood of the staff. We recommend the Gordo steak and the salmon Veracruz. The fact that we come back all the time says it all. It's convenient and it's good enough!

Worst service ever! There were only 4 customers in the restaurant, plus two of the bartender’s buddies, and we were all sitting at the bar. I had to flag down the bartender to ask for chips and salsa. Oh boy did I get a nasty look from him. I interrupted his nonstop conversation with his buddies. My dinner was delivered in silence and he ran back to his buddies. No offer to get me anything else. I wanted water but decided not to trouble him. I finished my margarita and pushed the empty glass forward so that he could see it was empty and maybe come over and ask me if I wanted another. He didn’t and I did want another. When I was finished eating he brought me and another couple our checks. Then he walked outside. A few minutes later he comes in slowly texting on his phone. The other couple were annoyed and I decided that this was the last place I wanted to sit for another drink. I never leave less than 20% tip, but he did it to himself…

We chose this place because we thought we couldn't go wrong with Mexican food. I ordered the shrimp burrito and it was served cold. My cheese wasn't melted. Taste was okay but not great. I wouldn't go back again. Service was good and restaurant was clean.

Decent kind of food, but the service was terrible! We were two of us with my friend. There was no one in the restaurant, it was completely empty, one of the server sat us and never comeback, behind the bar there was another server talking so loud in the phone. We waited for 7 minutes and I asked him if we can have server and he got so upset that he was screaming at me saying that he was giving us some time. And he was like WHAT DO WANT? We stay there to eat because we have no other choice in that area. The uber driver told me about his experience and I didn’t believe. Now already know this people don’t know anything about hospitality and service at all. Stay away from this place.

The Shrimp burrito was great. Kiddos had the tacos plate and we took them to go because the portions were decent. Some Lagunitas IPA went well with the food and watching some UEFA games while having some lunch at a Mexican restaurant definitely not disappointing. Will definitely return for some lunch before heading back down to SoCal. Highly recommended. ??

Great spot, with very tasty food. The servers were great, super friendly. It was a quiet Tuesday, but still felt very well attended to. I wish they had a bit larger menu, but they had all the standards, and all was delicious.
Nice to find a place with good food, friendly service, and not have to pay an arm and a leg.

We ordered a variety of dishes and nothing tasted good or authentic. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. They also had the audacity to automatically charge a gratuity fee for a table of 4 for bad service and nasty food.
