My family and I came for lunch. Portions were huge and reasonably priced. Service was quick. I chose the healthy Juana Salad (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, feta cheese, raspberry vinaigrette); it was delicious but didn't have the advertised cranberries. They also did not have Horchata that day. Still, the food was good and I recommend.

Came in around 2pm, restaurant was not busy since it was past lunch time. We all ordered, asked if we can do separate checks or split it, served said, “whatever we would like.” I put it back to him, saying whatever is easier. He never brought out my drink, and they messed up on one of the plates. The server was on his phone face timing a friend the whole time, even when he brought the food out. Phone in 1 hand, a plate in the other. The cook had to bring out the reorder as the server was too busy on his phone. I had to ask the cook for the drink. Service here is horrendous. Only come here cause my co-workers like it, if it were just me, I wouldn't come here.

The service is the worst we've ever experienced! We have been here twice now and each time the servers are super AWFUL! They were bothered by our existence. The food always comes out at separate times. The servers sat at the bar on their phones while our drinks sat empty the whole time. I have no clue how this place stays open. 😵
