The very best!!! Maxine made the cake for our wedding and WOW it was stunning (and so delicious)! My husband and I live in Michigan and she helped us think through flavor choices and combinations since we couldn't come in for a tasting. I cannot stress enough how happy my partner and I are with our cake from Maxine! We got a spice cake with a brown sugar buttercream and apple compote and it was so delicious, had great flavor, was moist, and well balanced.
