Never had any type of issue here, great food, fast service and good prices. Did a pickup order and couldn't get my card to work, the girl at the counter was very patient and understanding while I figured it out.

I'll preface with this: not my style of pizza. For round pizza I like napoletena, coal fired NYC, New Haven, etc. This pizza is a totally different product.However, that said, it's pretty tasty. I've tried all of the pizza in Watertown, Carthage and Adams. This may be the best tasting.Pretty heavy on the cheese, but if you like that you'll love this. I'm a truck driver and sitting at the rest area on 81. My fridge went out last night so I lost all my food, but the driver was so amazing to bring me food with a foot of snow on the roads. Very thankful!!
