It's always good to stop at Dunkin as we pass through this area twice a year. Food is always good, and the use of the bathroom is inviting before venturing down the road.

This is definitely the worst dunkin I’ve ever been to. It’s always a wait, even if you order ahead for pickup. No matter what, you’re going to be sitting for at least 10 mins every time. They are the slowest workers I’ve ever seen in my life. On top of that, I come here because it’s the only “coffee shop” between me and my work place. So it’s out of necessity that I go here. Yet every time I go, my order is never correct. They regularly make my coffee wrong either without the cream, without the flavor, or with coffee that tastes so bad I wonder how long it’s been sitting in there. If I had another option that would make it so I don’t have to go here, I would. But it’s either this or McDonald’s and I’m certainly not going there. The staff here also don’t offer any condolences for how long it takes and don’t care if the beverage is made wrong. If you want it fixed or want a refund, your only option is to call corporate and waste time sitting on the phone with them. This is the most poorly wrong, poorly staffed, poorly maintained Dunkin I have ever seen in my life.

I am extremely disappointed. I am a regular. Yesterday around 7:20pm I placed a mobile order for pickup. Went to pickup my order and nobody answered the drive thru so I went up to the window and No one came. There was a car sitting by the drive thru window and and im guessing it was one of the employees that worked there, they advised that they got our order after they closed and that my ticket was up on the wall and I could pick up my mobile order the next day. The fact that the website says they are open until 8pm but was closed at 7:20pm is very unprofessional. The whole way they handled this is actually unprofessional and will be calling to complain to corporate. All around terrible service.

They really need more staff at the Adam's NY location...I find no fault with the staff as they can only fill the orders so fast.. this has been going on for sometime...the order on app is a nightmare

I order the same coffee everyday & someone it always gets messed up. Not to mention it's a 6 dollar coffee. I highly recommend getting people who know what there doing.. I got my coffee this am and instead of it tasting like it's suppose to it takes like straight up blended water. I think maybe I should take my service else where.

this dunkin has gone downhill. the 5 minute waits at the speaker to have your order taken, no longer using their mobile app and taking mobile orders. awful

I’ve now reached out twice to a higher up for the workers that do show up to work it’s not their fault the manager who’s in charge doesn’t train employees how to make coffees properly and they don’t have a baker (they did have someone apply and never hired them ) your name is Dunkin’ Donuts but never have any at this location I truly feel bad for the employees at this location who show up and deal with all this . This location is always busy the time before today they only had two employees show up to work they weren’t allowed to close the lobby or turn off mobile ordering. When this happens help your employees and just run drive thru your losing local loyal customers! Shout out to Amber and a select few who show up and do their job I appreciate it but you need a manager who’s going to do their job when there’s no coverage ! I also like to add since the few college kids who left my coffees haven’t been made right and I never have them remade I don’t want to complain when they are already stressed out and have other customers waiting in an already long drive thru line

Stood in line by line it was me and my ol lady for 25 mins never got asked my order the manager is on drugs the staff are incompetent kids who say the kitchen is closed to drive thru people cause they didn’t wanna make hot food

Service is horrible here. It's poorly run and likely understaffed. Staff in general seems stressed alot. Often out of common donuts early in morning. I wouldn't even stop here but wife and daughter like the coffee

I called this morning to make sure they had donuts because yesterday they did not have anything at all. I was told things happen, when I asked how you could not have donuts that was the response I got. So calling today I called and was told we have a couple.

This poor place! Where to start? According to the employees, some still there and some that left, this place is very poorly managed. Whomever is supposed to bake the donuts can't be bothered to show up more often than not. Today there were no donuts! Not a few! None! At a donut shop! Most of the time this place is under staffed so I feel bad for the working conditions of the people that have to work there. A lot of time they are so short manned, they have to lock the doors so they don't get swamped. Whomever runs this place, it's time to pull your head out!

At 3pm (5 hours before closing) they were completely out of donuts, the hot coffee was cold, and the lemonade didn't taste like lemonade.

I’m a loyal Dunkin fan, but I’ve been in here a number of times when items have not been on display, they’ve quit making a couple of my favorite items, and the people just don’t look happy that are working there. I myself used to work for Dunkin and I’ve always made the best of any job that I’ve had and it was a really good time.
