I’m a loyal Dunkin fan, but I’ve been in here a number of times when items have not been on display, they’ve quit making a couple of my favorite items, and the people just don’t look happy that are working there. I myself used to work for Dunkin and I’ve always made the best of any job that I’ve had and it was a really good time.
I went to this Dunkin the day before the 2024 Eclipse. The staff was shorthanded, and the time that I was in there there were only two employees working the counter. One manning the drive-through and one manning the counter.
They were working steadily and very well. I asked for a cold brew coffee, which they ended up being out of. I was offered an excellent option which was made very well.
