This shop is not clean. Tables are not cleaned between customers. Nobody cleans up as they go, they just drag your food through everything else left on the counter. They have zero understanding of food allergies. If you have an allergy you might want to stay away from this shop. Management is sorely lacking here.

You're now charging $17.26 for a sandwich? I could afford $12 occasionally, but this price hike is ridiculous. I can't afford that for a sandwich, even if it is 2 meals.
Edit: I got a full size BLT on wheat with extra bacon. Usually costs me $10-12.

We ordered $55 worth of subs and they were the worst subs we have ever had. The vegetables on the phillies were not cooked and cold. The cold subs were thrown together and were very messy. We had to put them back together to eat them.
there was two girls and a guy working, and the girls were horribly rude and kept walking away from us. when putting toppings on our sandwiches they barely put anything on and got snotty when asked to put on more. the dude working was nice but the gorls werent. we will no longer come to this location again and be disrespected and treated like crap for orsering food...!!!

Ever since they changed their ingredients and bread I haven’t like my usual sub as much anymore. My second choice being the chicken, it is almost never fried to my liking and ends up being too underdone for me to enjoy. It’s a shame because Jerecks used to be my absolute go to spot, and would go there almost everyday. My one draw in if I felt like something nearby and to just deal, was their pink lemonade, they were out of it for over 2 weeks. They have amazing service, and good food to others I’m sure, but the change and undercooked chicken that I can’t seem to catch a good enough break on, is the reason I will no longer being going to Jerecks. I hope eventually it will again change for the better, and I can return.

Paid $20 for a reg turkey, roast beef rib and a side of fries. My sandwich had maybe six pieces of meat total. Tasted like a lettuce sandwich, with little flavor.

A good restaurant is exceptionally hard to find these days, but Jreck subs delivers. Fresh, hot food with a taste you'll remember and crave for months after. If I still lived in the area, I'd be going every week

If google had an option to choose “disgusted” that would be my choice. We arrived one lovely couple was up to order. Okay, cool. We’ll be set shortly. NOPE! 8:13 arrival time. I had to question the girl who literally ignored the fact that she had families waiting. She chose to continue to grab the orders that were coming in after all of us were waiting!!
Let’s not mention this employee was touching everything. Walls, containers, her hair, her face and not once did she change her gloves before preparing someone’s food.
All while this is going on for 37 minutes. There was a young gentleman working his ssa off. The third employee is watching us while she is going back and forth with dishes.
Long post. I get it. It’s annoying. BUT the service we all were served was DISGUSTING. unprofessional, uneducated on the job and all around wrong.
