I love McDonald's I've always loved their food but they train all of their employees to push the food out the door so fast that they are constantly screwing up on our orders. For instance just last week I stopped in and simply got a mocha frappe for my wife and I wanted a vanilla milkshake for myself and they were it's such a hurry they didn't even finish taking our order at the drive-thru okay give me the amount to pay and I wasn't even done ordering, I said the heck with it and pull up to the window to pay and he told me in a different amount to pay once I got up to the window and then proceeded to the next window to only get a chocolate shake instead of a vanilla shake. Very discouraged like always when we constantly get the wrong orders constantly.

One star review because the store is not capable of stocking their toilet paper and I had to ask for toilet paper while my 8 yr old was waiting. The manager went to the storage closet and there was none so he had to go to the back somewhere and was gone for a while I just gave up asked some lady to go to the woman’s bay and get me some was a pretty bad experience needless to say bad experience and did not get their food.

Wait for your food in the curbside pick up for 25 mins for it to be wrong. Go in the drive thru to wait another 20 mins. Have all your other food get cold and have the employees imply you are lying and ask for the food to throw out. Receipt literally says no onions right on it. Not looking to be a Karen but why is it EVERY-TIME. I can’t tell you the last time an order was right in the first place. One day I got a caramel ice coffee and paid for extra caramel. No caramel at all just a plain non sweet ice coffee. Employees argue with me at the drive thru, said ice coffees don’t come sweet. I get these all the time the caramel ice coffee is MOST certainly IS sweet! Why ya’ll like this!? It’s honestly weird.

It's a McDonald's, if you don't know the food then I don't know what to tell you. What stands out to me at this location is the service. Now I will say in the last few months it's improved slightly but it's still pretty bad. They're slow and at times poorly managed. They pull cars CONSTANTLY! Having worked myself at a fast food place forever ago in Syracuse NY, it is clear to me that they're far too consumed with drive-thru times, and they're passing that on to the consumer in the form of wait time. It's unfortunate seeing that it's the only fast-food joint in Adams NY but I'm hopeful they'll get it sorted.

I normally would not bother to review a McDonald’s but my experience here was so bad that I am taking the time to write a review.
Although they took my order quickly, I sat in line for a half hour after ordering. I ordered a plain cheeseburger, nuggets, and fries, and a small coke.
They gave me a chicken patty with cheese instead of a burger. All of the food was ice cold. The soda was half full and had no syrup. Probably the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had which is a shame because I’ve stopped here often over the years
