I order from Stefano’s at least 2–3 times a month and have generally enjoyed supporting this local spot. However, after spending about $40 on dinner tonight and reflecting on the meals I’ve received just this week, I feel the need to share some honest feedback — especially because this is a town with limited dining options.
Tonight, we ordered chicken fingers and spaghetti noodles with Alfredo sauce, plus garlic knots. The Alfredo sauce was, without exaggeration, the worst I’ve ever tasted — and Alfredo is my absolute favorite dish. It had the taste and texture of straight heavy whipping cream. It was nearly inedible and actually made me gag. I figured I’d just enjoy the garlic knots instead, but they were so overcooked they were literally rock-hard.
The chicken fingers with Cattleman’s sauce were also off — it tasted like a fresh bottle of sauce hadn’t been mixed at all, leaving a slick, oily coating that just wasn’t appetizing.
Unfortunately, this wasn’t a one-time fluke. Earlier this week I ordered a full buffalo chicken sub. The tenders were absolutely drenched in sauce to the point that I had to take them out of the bread and eat them separately. I gave it another shot a few days later — same issue with the sauce, but worse: the bread was toasted until it was nearly black, and the cheese on top was burnt.
Something has clearly changed — perhaps a new, untrained employee in the kitchen? Regardless, the consistency and quality have really taken a hit. If this is how my meals have come out multiple times in just one week, I can only imagine how many others have had similar experiences.
Adams doesn’t have many food choices, and I want to keep giving my business to local spots. But the quality needs to improve.
Best Pizza and hot wings in the area with the best specials to. Always happy when I order from here.
Ordered two meatballs with spaghetti for the kids. The meatballs are so small and the flavor was very bland. $2 per meatball?! Yikes! You don’t get much spaghetti for the price either. I would go elsewhere, but to each their own.
Stopped by spontaneously while on a road trip and the pizza and service I got was amazing! Was a really positive experience eating in and would come back again if I’m ever passing by
Service was excellent. The food was delicious. Definetly plan on coming back for more.
The food and staff are always amazing!
Everything from the online ordering and how you can customize every single item how ever you please was amazing, Best customer service and the food was the best quality and prices were unbeatable!
Love having this pizzeria in our town! Fantastic New York style pizza!
Pizza was good but their Great Bend location is better. Wings were nice and crispy but had no sauce to speak of in them. Bread sticks are a pass. Desserts were an excellent on the cake to an alright on the cheese cake. Staff was young and seemed more worried about getting done work according to their comments when we picked up our pizza 45 minutes before they were due to close.
Best pizza and wings in the area.

Kid-friendliness: Order at the counter then grab a table or sit at a spot outside.

I go here all the time for lunch. You can walk right in and get a slice. They always have slices ready to go. I believe they have the best pizza in Adams hands down!

We've ordered pizza and dinners from here and it's okay, nothing special. But tonight we went for dessert. To the side is a cooler filled with desserts such as cheesecake, carrot cake, canolis, etc. We grabbed a piece of Tiramisu only for our stomachs to quickly turn after the first bite; the cream had turned awfully sour. I checked for a date but they do not date the goods in the cooler. I do not recommend buying anything here that isn't prepared on the spot.
