I recently visited ManchePani in Airmont for lunch/dinner and was absolutely impressed from start to finish. The moment I walked in I felt welcomed by the warm, newly renovated space — more open, comfortable, and inviting, with a cozy vibe that’s perfect for both casual meals and special occasions. The food was outstanding! Service was attentive without being overbearing. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable about the kosher/dairy options, and offered great suggestions. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be back soon!

Loud music, ridiculously high prices, and a sabich plate that made absolutely no sense. What I was served: a massive slice of eggplant precariously balanced on an oversized piece of bruschetta with eggs balanced on top of that. It couldn’t be lifted, couldn’t be cut—how exactly was I supposed to eat it?
Here’s the thing: sabich works because the flavors combine. This kept everything awkwardly separate. It was as if someone Googled “sabich,” said, “Perfect—now let’s make it completely impractical and triple the price.”

I came here for lunch and was shocked that the restaurant chose to stay open during loud, ongoing construction. The noise was unbearable and completely ruined the dining experience. It felt like a total disregard for basic human comfort and decency. A place that claims to care about its customers should know better. I won’t be coming back.

The food was absolutely delicious—especially the cauliflower, Penne à la Vodka, and the halva croissant. That said, it was definitely on the pricey side. My bill for those items plus two drinks came to around $100. But Amazing food!
