Bad service, the workers were on their phones while making sandwiches

The lady isn’t welcoming at all, she looks miserable. Multiple times I’ve seen her cross contaminate everything she touches. First visit I seen her touch her phone, then touch the money in the register with the same gloves she uses to make each of the sandwiches. This is twice I told her to change her gloves nicely. Today I’ve witnessed her making multiple sandwiches, using tuna, turkey, touching the register and money while continuing to make others sandwiches without changing her gloves. If she doesn’t have the common sense to follow a simple safe protocol to change her gloves. that makes me think most of the prep food, and object she touches is cross contaminated already.

Always an issue with this place. Every time I order food from here they either 1) don't have the ingredients available or 2) don't honor the promos. My order gets cancelled EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. If they have the ingredients, they cancel because they don't honor the promotions. I wish there was a way to choose a different Subway to get delivery from online because there's one not much farther away from me that is actually run decently.

The staff was quite unprofessional and uncooperative during my visit. My order was made incorrectly, and when I pointed it out, they refused to replace it. I hope the owner takes note and addresses this issue, as it affects the overall customer experience.

The lady canceled my order while I was inside of the store because apparently the owner does not honor the subway app promos, even though this location participates in the promo. First time I ever had my order cancelled last time I’ll come eat at this location.

Ordered a nacho chicken with avocado. There was no chicken or avocado for my delivery order. I called the store and the manager of the store said she made the sandwich and put chicken and avocado on. Bag was sealed when I picked it up and when it was delivered. Manager was extremely rude and disrespectful

Haven’t been here in years because the service is always awful. Tried to give it one more chance and they just prove to have the worst customer service EVER. Employees are beyond nasty & rude.

Also, I asked and paid for extra meat & this is what I got. What a joke.

Do not ever go here…ordered through the app with a promo drive 10-15 min only to find out they refuse to honor app promos…complained to corporate waiting on a reply but advise you don’t give them any business…manager was very rude

Refused to honor app prices. They have the ability to remove themselves from the app for the deals by contacting corporate. They either don't due to ignorance or to get you into the store and go ahead and pay full prices.

Called ahead on my way home to have 1 footlong sub made. Give them 40 minute time frame to make it I showed up and it was not made, and there was only had four people sitting at a table eating. I know this location is not ever busy. Just surprised that upon placing the order, the lady on the phone could barely understand English. If you want To place an order to be picked up ahead of time don’t order it here.
