DO NOT GO HERE IN THE MORNING!!!! was having amazing drive in until the lady in drive through was snappy, before she even opens the window she looks at me AND THEN PUTS ON a disgusting expression. Totally ruined my morning and I know it shouldn’t but how many other people has this happened to?

Stopped on the way through to get a quick snack. Staff was rude and not helpful at all. They had no ice for sodas and when I asked about it they treated me like garbage and were very very rude!

My husband and I have been going here every Wednesday for a few months now. We always order the same thing, big mac meals. Their soda consistently tastes like mold, the sandwiches are sloppily put together and frequently missing ingredients like pickles and cheese, the lettuce is usually wilted or brown, today my husband's was black. The servers are rude and unhelpful. Worst McDonald's in the area, by far.

Food is disgusting, workers have bad attitudes and clearly don’t want to be there. This of my 4th time eating here and the experienced just get worst. Cold food. Soggy fries. Not fully cooked chicken, my burger was made super sloppy. As someone that loves McDonalds find a different one! Only one in Akron you would think they would try to be good.

Got the new Buffalo ranch chicken sandwhich and the chicken was soggy, cold, didn’t taste right at all. Not to mention all of our food was in shambles. I’ve been to this located a few times and never had such a terrible experience. Just disgusting. Won’t be going back.

What an ABSOLUTE joke.. how do you always have a line wrapped around the building for the drive thru and it CONSISTENTLY takes 15-20 minutes to get my food. Either you need more workers or they need to pick it up cause it’s not fast food when my food takes longer to make than it would if I went to a sit down restaurant… If you’re hungry and passing by this McDonald’s… Save your money and time! There’s better places to eat that are quicker to get in and out of and have better quality food for the price you’re paying

To the lady who was wearing the cheetah print top and hopped right in to help because the line was to the road! They need more employees like yourself!! Manager clothes and she jumps right in making sandwiches and power housing!! Great job lady 💯

Went in to order. Poor customer service. Cashier just stood there after I tap my card for payment. Finally said it went through. No receipt with order number. Not a thank you. Then my sandwich had a lot of egg shells in it. Had to spit it out.

Consistent poor quality food. In the past it was like the lottery. You had a possibility of a good product. Changes or substitutions are rarely fulfilled. Last straw today, as I opened a fish sandwich and saw what looked like a slider bun. Much smaller than usual. I found out after first bite. The roll had dehydrated fully and was hard as a rock !!!
Zero quality control at this location.

Consistently receive sub-par food. This time, I ordered a plain double hamburger but received a regular hamburger. Also, I had to wait extra time (assumingly for them to make the plain hamburger). Besides a Tim hortons, it's the only fast food place in the area. If there were other options, we wouldn't be going to this McDonald's.

Always get your receipt. I was charged $9.00 for my $7.00 meal. Lady at yhe window refused to give me my receipt twice had to ask someone else. For it. Cold fries too
