First time visit to Yogi's Brick Oven Bistro last night and had the best chicken finger pizza I have ever had. The pizza was huge!! Served fresh and hot out of the oven. Service was great, everyone was very friendly!! I highly recommend this place!! I will be back!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Ordered chicken fingers for my kids, always being a double order of plain fingers, I also wanted to order a single of medium fingers. The lady on the phone said oh well do you just want to get a triple order? Sure, why not. Then I asked about how long for a single order of mild wings, ended up not getting them, finished the rest of my order and waited. When I picked them up I didn't actually check the order until I got in the car, when I noticed that all the fingers had sauce on them. I took them back in and informed the cashier (really nice, friendly lady) she said she would figure out what happened. She went to speak to the lady at the bar who decided to be b!tchy about it saying she took the order and it was right. They refused to correct it because the b!tch at the bar said that was the order and the ticket said the same thing. Will never order from there again if that's the kind of people they have working there.
Paid for a large and got home to find out it was the wrong pizza( lady inside was rude and tried to tell me we didn’t know what we ordered) and that they don’t make that pizza when they remade it for us right the second time problem I have is they remade a small we paid for a large they wouldint give us the money difference. Sad to see a local business steal money. Especially after wasting three hours for a crap pizza , I don’t even like barbecue on wings I’m positive I didn’t get a Barbecue pizza 🙃 don’t waste your time or money
Establishment charges for tap water. My dad wrote the company and they responded “the ain’t no such thing as a free lunch”. Actually, they typed “TINSTAAFL”. As a local business owner myself, I find this appalling and will be telling everyone I know about this.
Yogi’s is a great family owned business. It’s perfect if you are looking to dine in as a family or a date night. They have great service and the owners Paul & Carrie are great! I highly recommend making this a stop when you are in Akron, NY.
Yogi's has the best pia inn WNY hands down! Their specialty Brick Oven Pizzas are large, filing and so very delicious. We switch between the Philly Steak & Cheese and the Chicken Quesadilla. Both are outstanding. Their other menu items are delicious too! And they offer regional craft veers on tap.
I know they moved to 15 Main St. Akron much bigger location the waitress told us. We had subs since they were a dollar off. Let me tell you I’ve had a lot of subs and many during the pandemic, but this sub was out of this world!! I seriously want to go back and try their pizza and wings.
I’ve had a LOT of pizza from a lot of different places and I would be hard pressed to find a worse one. For those of you that actually thought this place is “the go to place for pizza in Akron”, you really need to get out of Akron a little bit. We were in the area so we grabbed a large cheese & pepperoni and some chicken fingers that came with fries. I think it was a special or something.. I’ll hi light the positives first. The fingers were actually good. Average size but the flavor of the sauce was good. Not the greatest blue cheese but not bad. The French fries, while they DID appear to be hand cut, were very greasy and bland. No salt. ALWAYS but some seasoning on your fries !! On to the pizza! The crust was a pre-made crust from a factory. You know, one of those perfectly round crusts with the same color on the top and bottom ? Completely uniform. There was no WAY it was from fresh made dough and rolled out or tossed. ZERO evidence of being cooked in a brick oven. Not a bubbling of the cheese or a burn mark on the crust to be found. The cheese was processed cheese. Almost a grating feeling to it when you chewed. Bad aftertaste. Definitely NOT fresh mozzarella (to the previous reviewer that raved about the ingredients being “fresh”. Wrong!! Sauce was non existent. No flavor. They DID have cup-and-char pepperoni but the toppings were few and far in between. This was the harshest review I think I’ve ever given (and I’ve given a lot of them) but the pizza served here was not fit for man nor beast. It was THAT bad.
Really nice place! :-)
