Went through the drive through, got a chipotle chicken wrap and when I went to open it the wrap was halfway off and all the Insides were in the bottom of the wrap container, had to wait till I got home and then eat it in a bowl otherwise it would have been a mess Edit: I just went to go eat my Boston cream and there was no cream, there isn't even a puncture hole in the side where they tried to fill it...

Paid for 2 wraps with no sauce and I only got 1 wrap and it has loads of sauce on it and they were very rude. I don't recommend going to this place at all. They have messed up my orders before the only reason I go is because it's close. If you confront them on leaving out food they will say your trying to steal.

Started off great going here on my way to work. This entire week every morning coffee taste like straight cleaning chemicals I been throwing out 3 dollar coffees all week because it tastes like they just cleaned the machine and served straight chemicals. Then I gotta go get a coffee up the road. Might as well just stop going here until they correct this.

I ordered an ice cap with chocolate and peanut butter and got a regular ice caps. Had younger kids that took the order and seemed very confused and still my order was wrong. Very disappointed.

I only gave them one star because they didn’t provide any lower rating. I ordered an extra large coffee. It tasted like it was made yesterday. It was bitter and almost thick. In addition it was barely warm. After 1 sip I threw it down the drain. A total waste of my money. I will not be going back to the Akron location again.

Not really much to share except the morale at this store sucks. Management blows, most of the time the people just mope around there and take their sweet time getting whatever they need to get, Don’t get me wrong. There are a couple people that are in a good mood. That’s if you get that person.
Ordered a bagel. Add cream cheese . Charged extra. No problem. Open the bagel. Can't wait . Burnt and over burnt and why am I paying extra for cream cheese when they give you less than the butter. Absolutely disgusting. Worst bagel I've ever seen. Wasted money. Not even edible
