Was really looking forward to a beast sized salad to split with my cousin, like the Harvest is. Come to find out they not only kept the high prices but shrunk the size to seemingly less than half. I didn’t know they’re doing this and still asking for the same price as before. That’s not right. I get that inflation is happening and prices on everything is going up. However, to keep the SAME price for something HALF the size as before? That’s not cool. Again, that’s just not right. As someone that scours for healthy AND affordable, this place is no longer it. Please fix this or you’ll definitely be losing a customer base. Also, I think there needs to be training on customer service and social etiquette in order to bring that energy of engagement so that it’s not so awkward standing there waiting for a preorder. Most definitely aligning with others who have now brought this change and lacking to my attention. Now, I will be joining them in spreading the word.
