Why can't you get more workers and pay them more so customers have a better experience? Don't you over charge for your items? The wait is crazy and you only have drive thru. How about treat your workers better so you can get more and have an actual full running establishment.

Worst Costumer Service, 4 employees seen me while I was waiting to order my food, after about waiting for 5 minutes I ask is it closed?The lady making the food says yes the front of the lobby is closed, no indication the front of the lobby was closed. Do better Tim Hortons!

Stood there over a min with no acknowledgement that I was there. People walking past, not there problem. So I left. Very disappointing because I wanted a everything bagel meal. Got a strawberry power core instead. Don't recommend.
