Place has gone totally down hill with the new owners. This was always my go to spot but do not think I’ll be going there again. They see I’ve been coming the same girl and try and charge me different amounts every time I go in….i like getting my bacon egg and cheese but will not be giving my money to these sheisters anymore! Bought from this place few times, one of the best bagel places that I know. Very consistent taste and texture of bagels. Also buy 6 bagels get one free. Their lox cream cheese and jalapeno peppers cream cheese is excellent.

Great food, excellent service!! Very friendly people working there! They were jovial, nice, and even gave us a free bialy with butter to try because I never had one before. We don't live close but we'll definitely be back!

I saw someone return their bagels because it was the wrong order and they just put it back on the shelf without checking it properly. Who knows what the person did with it.

Price gouging bagels. I ordered 6 bagels and a medium coffee and was charged 22.50! Wow. I moved and decided to treat myself for mom s day but instead got the mom s day prices. I was told the average is 17 for a bakers dozen I think I paid over that for 6. If a medium coffee is 4- 4.50 (& that’s pricey). I called the place to let them know but no one answered! It said they were still open! I would suggest don’t be like me- go somewhere else there are tons of other good bagel stores around Albertson, Williston ok Roslyn and MineolaThat would be happy to have your business and not charge as much!
The best bagel shop around. Definitely worth going out of your way to have one of their fresh hot bagels in the morning.

Bagels and Bialys is a no-frills bagel shop serving high quality bagels (...the right way!). If you live on Long Island, you know it's never easy to get a fresh, hot bagel after 8:00am. Luckily, this shop continues to make them throughout the morning. Reviewing the place solely on the bagels, I would give it 4 out of 5 stars.Now on to the service...this is an area that could use significant improvement. The older employees, who used to know what they were doing, have been replaced with poorly trained employees. I want to state that the owner of this bagel shop is extremely nice and hardworking, but he needs to work on his hiring skills. How do you write down a single bagel order on a notepad, get the entire order wrong, and than ask me what I ordered again? It makes no sense, especially when there are no other customers in the store. If they did less gossiping, the service would improve tremendously.
