Listen stop shorting people when they order a sundae.. if we paid for TWO scoops I want TWO scoops especially when you charged me for it!! I ordered bananas, hot fudge, whip cream and I get one scoop with hot fudge nothing else

I called ahead asking when they close I said i would like ice cream, they said come within 15 minutes and you can get it I was there in 10 minutes and they are waving me off while I’m at the door and they can see me acting like they don’t understand me terrible service

They display being open until 10 PM on the door and on Google Maps, and they actually lock the doors at 9:40 PM. Dunkin should check on their franchises.

The order for the fat free frozen yogurt I placed in Door dash was made incorrectly, missing the brown bites. The worst part was finding a piece of hair after 2 bites killing my excitement and appetite. I called the store and had difficulty getting help due to the fact that they didn't speak English. Finally after 3 tries someone was put on the call who told me he will cancel my order and I should call DD to receive a refund. I don't suggest placing an online order here through any delivery site.

Sadly I experienced all negative reviews about the terrible, unwelcoming customer service here during a slow Saturday late afternoon.The 3 workers didn’t acknowledge me at all as I was waiting to order for over 5-10 minutes (there were no other customers in line). After the young woman finished making a smoothie, she ignored me to help people who just walked in on the Dunkin Donuts line, while the older man stared at me while refilling the ice cream in front of me and didn’t offer to help. It was very awkward.Please improve your business, staff, and customer service so you don’t lose business like you did today.

I wish I could give it a 0 stars. Don’t go here! Staff is very rude. I ordered 3 ice creams and a iced caramel latte but not a single order was correct. The drink was not mixed and had so much ice when I told him less ice. He gave me the wrong ice cream flavor and when I asked him if it was mango he said yes. Later after trying it, it was totally not mango and when I went in to complain, they started yelling and fighting even more and didn’t give me another ice cream. Very rude staff

I love the ice cream from here, especiall Rocky Road. They have a large variety of flavors, however major improvements could be made to variety of toppings and to customer service. There are only 3-4 toppings that I know of are available.....M&Ms, rainbow sprinkles, and nuts. They could really add more. How about adding the most basic topping of all - chocolate chips? I love any ice cream with choco chips. Or a variety of nuts? or perhaps oreo cookies? Also, the guys behind the counter are very hard working but they need to develop some nicer customer experience? Perhaps be kinder to customers.
