I have been coming to this Dunkin since I was a child. In all my years coming here I have never been so disrespected. The woman working behind the register at 345 PM on 4/29/25 was super disrespectful and rude. She should not be working with the public if this is the way she treats customers. I have been coming here weekly almost my entire life and I will not be coming back. I am switching to the Dunkin on Jericho TPKE.

One of the male staff, an Indian old man, was very rude and rude. I just came to the store to pick up food without saying a word and waited there. He ran over and yelled at me and said he was busy and complained all the time! I really don't understand I didn't rush him, I just stood there and waited, I don't know what the staff was crazy!

I am surprised by some of the bad reviews because I love this Dunkin Donuts! The staff is always friendly, the service is speedy, the coffee and treats are always delicious and the space is always nice and clean. What else could you ask for?!
