Absolutely horrendous costumer service, from the blatant disregard when asking for a pickup order, to coming around the counter and putting his hands on the costumer (me) and proceeding to talk a storm trying to make up for his inexcusable actions. Repeatable offense when it comes to the disrespect, today crossed the line. Wouldn’t come back to this location, unsettling to say the least.

Purchased a box of 25 munchkins they were not fresh they were dry ,very disappointing as they are quite expensive
I like to read the other reviews before posting. Many low reviews complained about the service, but I'm posting this review because I've always had great service. After only a few times coming to this location the staff (a woman) knew my order. Nobody has ever messed up my order and I've never had to wait an excessive amount. I come here for breakfast food, coffee, tea, and the occasional donut. I would recommend this location. I feel like the employees care about the customers.

I have been coming to this Dunkin since I was a child. In all my years coming here I have never been so disrespected. The woman working behind the register at 345 PM on 4/29/25 was super disrespectful and rude. She should not be working with the public if this is the way she treats customers. I have been coming here weekly almost my entire life and I will not be coming back. I am switching to the Dunkin on Jericho TPKE.
