I had two different bagel sandwich orders, the male employee took my order without writing it down and kept messing up my order. All due to him not writing down and repeating it wrong. On to of it blaming me for not being specific enough. Finally he wrote it down and no issues. Bagels are small,like Thomas's from the supermarket package. Not worth the money. Never going there again. Rude staff employee.

Came here for the first time Loves loved it i rarely write reviews but this place deserved it got sausage egg and cheese on a ww toast and hazelnut ice coffee and it was delish I wish I lived closer 😋

Great local spot. Bagels are delicious and they have the best iced coffee flavors. Try the marshmallow and cappuccino ones. Also a plus if you have little kids because you can see the train go by through the windows.

Today was the day of a review I guess...Waited around 8 minutes (timed it) in an empty store to finally order something...and then order came in very wrong. Got a toasted roll bacon agg and cheese ..with NO cheese...and no toasted..and coffee had barely any sugar, And paid $12, for bad service and a bad order. Disappointing.

This is my third visit and once again they could not get the order correct. I ordered two non toasted bagels with lox and a little cream cheese. I said it three times a little bit of cream cheese and I came home to a sloppy mess once again. No more. Thank you. And goodbye They only make it the way they want to they will not take your order.

I used to go regularly. On my last takeout order they gave me tofu cream cheese instead of regular. No big deal. We used butter and I tried to return the container marked tofu cream cheese. They refused to refund the $7. At first they claimed that the tofu was the same price, and then said they don't carry tofu cream cheese even though the package said it was. I left the container and walked out,NEVER to return. They were more considered about $7 and being right than taking care of a customer. No problem as I now go to Bagel Boss,
