I placed multiple doordash orders for the same exact Order each time. Three orders I've placed had a Hershey pie all three orders were missing the pie when it arrived. Then today I ordered a breakfast sandwich meal clicked on the button to add it to my cart submitted the order get my order there's no egg or cheese. Which is not how I ordered it. But somehow the system said no egg and cheese. And when I called, the young lady just kept saying that's how it was ordered when I told her it was not, she says that's how it came through the system. And when I explained something's not right with either doordash or their system she dismissed me. Spending $15 on an order to be delivered and not have it right and the young lady did not care needless to say I will not be going there anymore. And it's pretty sad because the owner is wonderful. But the employees could care less.

I went thru drive thru at 10:00pm and the diningroom was closed so I went thru drive thru on my bike because drive thru is open till 11:00pm and I knocked on the drive thru window twice and no answer did see a worker I waited 5 minutes with no answer I had to go else where and I love this burger King been going here 20 yrs please fix the scales for bikes not just trucks and cars please also the drive thru lcd screen is broken

We admittedly came through the drive thru a little late. About 9:10. I'm sure the kitchen wants to wind down, but here we were, and our son was hungry. We order one double cheeseburger and pull around. After we pay, my girlfriend gives the blonde girl at the window a cheery "Thank you" and is met with the nastiest death glare I've seen in months, along with complete silence and erratic snappy movements finalizing the transaction. How dare us come through almost an hour before close to politely order one simple thing... Basically, I'm saying you should probably get rid of this girl, because I won't be the last one to not return to this BK because of her.

Found a hair in my burger, they gave me hassle about getting a refund which I never got. Have fun eating your hair burgers.
