I came through the drive through and ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese spread looking to use one of those coupons I received in the mail. Got to the window and the girl clearly didn’t know how to use the coupon, like it was something she’d never seen before?? She then gave the coupon BACK to me after “scanning” and said I was all set without giving me the bagel. Simple mistake no biggie so I sat and waited for a few minutes for my bagel at the window until someone finally brought it. Got to work and opened it up to find an uncut, untoasted, plain (no cream cheese) bagel. I’m not sure what was so hard to understand but this girl needs some additional training clearly.

a dunkin situated directly next door to a tim hortons i watched 6 vehicled in the drive through line get served while 1 vehicle waited at the dunkin. I was inside for a togo at dunkin from order to walking out it took about 10 minutes for a bagel and coffee. after leaving i noaticed my bagel was wrong.there were no other customers. it's clear to see why Tim hortons had a full parking lot and a line around the building while dunken was absolutely dead.

SOMEONE. OWNERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT SHOULD LOOK AT THIS ISSUE.

I'm only giving 1 star because I have to cuz my honest opinion the Albion Dunkin donuts doesn't deserve any stars! the service was absolutely so unprofessional n so rude! I completely understand having a bad day or not liking ur job not wanting to deal with customers but still no need for such disrespect as if we were interrupting ur day we ordered thru drive thru the girl took our order we pull up to the window n pay, no receipt! The girl hands us R 2 coffee's n my bagel n then she just shuts the window. then we noticed we were missing the 2 donuts so we wait thinking ok she will b right back. nope! she started on the next order for the car behind us so we wait n she just staring at us while she is making the next order n talking to another coworker laughing as if she thought we were upset n were gonna complain or something n she didn't wanna deal with us n all we wanted was the rest of our order we even knocked on the window she was literally standing right next to it n she just looked at us n turned her back she finally then comes over n opens the window we ask for our donuts n she was like oh! wat were they? N we tell her wat they were n she comes back n just hands us the box with 2 donuts n nothing! Like is it that hard to just say have a good day? I work in customer service that's y I completely understand having a bad day n not wanting to b at work but u can still atleast try to fake it till u make it kinda thing it's literally ur job! 1st time at that location n definitely the last time! Highly do not recommend!

I'm giving 1 star which i don't think I have ever done before. We got there no one was in line. We waited over 10 minutes for someone to take our order as more people came in behind us. The girl kept watching us all stand there and wait. Finally she came and took our order 2 large coffees and 3 glazed donuts 23.00?????. I thought my husband would ask for the receipt but there was several people behind us so we just waited. As the girls made our beverages they would just set them on the pick up counter with several other orders not even telling any of us customers what drinks were what or was whose. So everyone was asking is this ours or there's? One girl finally came over and started looking at our drinks. The service was terrible which made the atmosphere terrible. My coffee tasted more watery than caramel. We will not stop here again.

Tuesday morning- unfriendly & unprofessional: Bunch of laughing and talking in the background. No receipt or napkins in the bag; Just a few stale, old, dried-out donuts.

Won't be going back-- We're going to Tim Hortons next time.

I bought a gift card here, and either an employee screwed up or the system malfunctioned, but the gift card ended up with no value on it.Went in twice hoping to get it taken care of, and both visits were fruitless.Clearly this was a mistake on their end, yet I'm the one playing for it. Get your act together, Dunkin.

went in and they had no clue how to charge for an refill cup which was fine until I got the coffee. The girl seemed high, and forgot to put ice in my ICED coffee. I then got her attention and said she forgot ice and didn’t offer to fix it, instead gave me a cup of ice when I had no room to put it in. She dumped half of the coffee out so I didn’t get what I paid for and dumped the cold foam out and I had to continue to ask for it be put in as I paid an extra dollar for it. Service was very neglectful, and I asked for three sugars in which was forgotten as well. after everything I went to put my own sugar in, and there was brown hairs ( I have blonde) in the cold foam, so ultimately dumped the coffee and wasted my money.
