Had placed a mobile order for my son (a happy meal) and asked for ranch as a dipping sauce, and apples (he’s a toddler, do I have to explain?) We get there and our order wasn’t finished, and the chicken nuggets weren’t started until we got there it seemed. They weren’t busy, only had one person in line in front of us and maybe 2 more before we were served. When we got home, we received BBQ sauce (our whole family hates it) and 2 things of over salted fries, no apples. Not sure what’s so hard about following directions, but I appreciate the “happy meal”.

Shout out to Samantha the GM who helped me out after my curbside order glitched out on me. Rang it up again for free cuz I was charged already and got it out to me quickly. Working a Saturday. Will definitely be back as long as she's GM. Very nice and helpful =).

I need a negative 10 just for their attitude. I asked for sauce for my grandsons happy meal. They said it's in the bag. It clearly was not. I told her this. She argued with me and retrieved the male manager who then argued the same. Are you God damn kidding me? Just give me a sauce* that clearly was not in the bag* Same lady and manager during a second and third trip---same attitude. You serve the public. Check that attitude at the door. I will go to Medina instead. This is by far the worst location!

I'm literally appalled at the way the lady at the window just spoke to my aunt. They did not put the sauces in the bag and we were very polite about telling her they weren't in there. She argued twice that they were and we searched the entire bag 3 times. The manager was standing right behind her watching the interaction. No one was trying to scam 30 cent sauces. All we wanted is what we asked for. Before this that same male manager just about threw my aunt's bag of food at her. What the hell is their problem in there? Horrid customer service.
