They can't do more than 3 mobile orders? Are you kidding me? Its all ready put together and paid for, its not like I am ordering 50 burritos each, ya boy is broke. I can't use more than one hot tier per order. Plus this place takes FOREVER in the drive thru, what ever happened to trying to be the fastest store?

I recommend go too Batavia they have better service and they respect the Albion last time I went too the Albion one they didn't do a good job on good so I recommend go too Batavia taco bell

I asked for avocado salsa which is 20 cents per pack I paid for them and didn't even get those or the regular free ones in my bag. Albion taco bell sucks. I rather drive 35 min away to the next taco bell. I also ordered some peach agua fresca. That was gross and literally tasted like watered down peach tea. Now I understand why this Taco Bell is always empty. And when they do get customers they charge them for stuff that doesn't even get put in the bag.

I always order a box with burritos two tacos. And I have steak, fries, extra meat, extra everything, and they have so far not mess up my order. I have order almost the same meal for about 40 times. And the food tastes is not bad.

If I could have chosen no stars I would have. They can't seem to get an order right and the service is terrible. I had to use the bathroom while I was there and it was disgusting. What a waste money building that place. They won't last.

They never get anything correct. Last night had issues with the app wouldn’t give me the offers I knew they had until after my son went in and ordered bc the app would not process my order. Got home and found out my hubbys burrito had rice in it and he doesn’t eat rice and the wrap was old bc it was breaking all over. The chalupas I got were overcooked hard couldn’t even eat them. I asked for cabbage on my chalupa didn’t get it. My son asked for onion on his and nachos and got a load of them that over powered his food. Not a lot of meat on chalupas or nachos. Nachos tasted stale. Didn’t get the packets of sauces we asked for. I wish is wasn’t so late when we got this bc I would have checked everything bf we left bc I know they never get r order right anytime. This is the reason y we don’t go to this one unless we really have to. Same situation that happened at kfc in Albion with the same management. Never could get r orders right. It’s like they don’t take pride in their job to make customers happy. I worked for a restaurant and you treat customers like u would want to be treated. Fries r either over cooked or under cooked never just right. Scared to see how breakfast is. Don’t even dare to call bc it won’t make a difference.

Beefy 5 layer burrito was a beefy 4 layer burrito, bag of chips half full of nothing but crumbs. Not sure what the chalupa shell is supposed to be but it's not what I always order. Employees using foul language, looking and talking like gang members. Place is empty but half the tables are dirty.
