This is my favorite Tim Hortons, specifically because of their staff. Everyone is always so kind and pleasant. Especially Bev and Steph.

Bev is usually working the drive thru when I come through when I’m working. She has been consistently been there for 3(ish) years I’ve been coming here, and I absolutely enjoy seeing her. She is always so nice and friendly. It’s nice starting your work day off with positive interactions at your favorite coffee place.

The drive thru line was very long this morning when I got there so I decided to go in and order my usual (small ice cap) ☺️. Steph waited on me and I absolutely loved her energy. She was so sweet, and funny! I love encountering people who are purely pleasant (bev included) and make you feel happy just by the energy and kindness they give off. I left there with a smile on my face after our interaction.

Another plus, my drinks and food are always good. I hate going to other Tim Hortons cause it’s not the same 😂 So thank you Bev and Steph and all of the rest of the staff, I know it’s not an easy job to keep the people of Albion caffeinated. You guys are appreciated ☺️

We ordered two pumpkin spice lattes and they both came with chunks on the bottom, and tasted sour! We literally could not drink them they were so disgusting.

This Tim's isn't very good! They always get something wrong in my order, or leave something out. But I'm stuck going there because they are the only Tim's except Medina. DO BETTER!

The diner I was looking for was closed and then the other Diner was closed. So it's Sunday morning and I needed breakfast to take my pills. I'm still trying to figure out why they are open

Used to work at this location back in the day and never have heard so many bad things and read so many bad reviews that I am today. It is sad how much this location has gone down hill. Albion Tim Hortons, do better.

My friends and I got cold brews today at the Albion Tim Hortons around 6:40 AM, although we normally go to the Medina Tim Hortons. We all felt very sick while drinking them! One of my friends even threw up in the car as she was driving home! This is a problem and would have never happened in Medina.

Went thru the drive thru. Service was quick & friendly. Food was hot and delicious!

Ordered at the drive thru and was told they had to make decaf for my order and they would bring it out in a couple minutes. Waited out front and ate my e tire meal waiting for my coffee. Went inside to find no customers at tge counter, 5 employees behind the counter and had to repeat my order again. They gave me a free donut and apologized but they really need to have a better system.

Very disappointed with front counter. Got a damn line out to the door and a million workers just doing other shit instead of helping customers at the front. No reason I had to wait 20 min and still not get anything due to it. Couldn't even get my kids there donuts they like before school or they'd be late.

The service just isn’t consistent. If you order the same drink 10 times, maybe 6 of those times will it be exactly the same. The other 4 times will vary. However, at Dunkin the orders are 9/10 times correct. When the better alternative is right next door, literally, who’s going to choose inconsistency? It’s also just low-value people who work jobs like this that don’t really care because of the fact that the job is somewhat basic, so it’s a catch 22. “Why would I give my all to a basic, part time job”, well that leads to apathy regarding quality of your work. It’s a phenomenon called brain drain. The turnover is also high, seems like there are always different people working which says a lot about the location. Whatever i guess, should just make my own coffee at home anyways.
