Maybe it's just everywhere now a days idk but the cashiers have zero in politeness.
Not really sure why whether too much grab ass or what but a day hasnt gone by that they dont mess up an order getting really frustrating

Went thru the drive thru. Service was quick & friendly. Food was hot and delicious!
Ordered at the drive thru and was told they had to make decaf for my order and they would bring it out in a couple minutes. Waited out front and ate my e tire meal waiting for my coffee. Went inside to find no customers at tge counter, 5 employees behind the counter and had to repeat my order again. They gave me a free donut and apologized but they really need to have a better system.
Very disappointed with front counter. Got a damn line out to the door and a million workers just doing other shit instead of helping customers at the front. No reason I had to wait 20 min and still not get anything due to it. Couldn't even get my kids there donuts they like before school or they'd be late.
The service just isn’t consistent. If you order the same drink 10 times, maybe 6 of those times will it be exactly the same. The other 4 times will vary. However, at Dunkin the orders are 9/10 times correct. When the better alternative is right next door, literally, who’s going to choose inconsistency? It’s also just low-value people who work jobs like this that don’t really care because of the fact that the job is somewhat basic, so it’s a catch 22. “Why would I give my all to a basic, part time job”, well that leads to apathy regarding quality of your work. It’s a phenomenon called brain drain. The turnover is also high, seems like there are always different people working which says a lot about the location. Whatever i guess, should just make my own coffee at home anyways.
Went through the drive-thru, Forgot my food. What right back in The so called manager just walked in circles? The lady asked me.How can I help you?I just need my food that i forgot they knew.Who i was the min i walked in. im there 3 times a day someday, so anyway. She continues to go on about her day. With helping the drive-through? They talk on the walkie talkies like it's their personal phone. The night just needs to learn some customer Service.Service and grow up having kids, and a job doesn't make you an adult. Tim hortons needs to check their night. Crew

Every-time I go through the drive-thru something is wrong with my order. The service is rude and I can hear the employees talking about customers through the window. Specifically this girl named Gabby, because whenever she screws up my order she basically blames it on me and is very disrespectful. Tye and Jacob are the best employees. When I come in the afternoon, and Tye or Jacob are working, there are no problems. Many employees other than them are very unprofessional, especially in the morning.
Some things never change. Slow service, wrong orders, and they charge you extra for flavor shots in the coffee that they NEVER GIVE YOU. Left Albion four years ago, and every time I come back I forget why I stopped coming here

Everyday I go to tim Horton I was even a assistant manager at another location. Never ever have I been treated so disrespected, rude, and nasty. I am always friendly and nice tell them thank you. A few times I have had to return my bagel because it was barely toasted and I asked for it to be doubled toasted. I ask them not to stir in my espresso because he makes the ice capp foam up and not taste right. They say there and wanted to question me why so I explained it to them and they still countinue to do it purposely! It's crazy because there all nice nice until they hear my voice in the drive thru speaker and then they get very rude and nasty. And for the morning manager to sit there and listen to how rude her staff are makes me question her ability to manage. Never would I always my crew to treat any one the way this store has treated me. Regardless of how annoyed they are if the customer.... I go to tim Hortons 2-3x a day. If this countinues I will be taking my money to Starbucks or some place else. This store needs to get the stuff together maybe instead of standing there talking crap about there customers they could be putting there time into cleaning the store it not looking so good in there.. hopefully this message changes there attitude and the way they treat people.

My order was wrong again.
Food is over priced for a simple egg cheese one piece of bacon and a tortilla. On top of that my food was loaded with egg shells, in comparison to competitors pricing is terrible food is terrible. They will not get my business again.
