Today was my first visit, and definitely not my last. The food was amazing! I tried a salad, so fresh and the toppings were a perfect compliment. The chicken white bean chili was delicious! I also tried a half hot sandwich and it melted in my mouth. I am so impressed that I need to tell everyone about this little gem!

We were traveling from Toronto to Rochester and wanted something healthy and delicious for lunch. Wild Flour popped up in my online search and it was amazing. We loved the staff and the time they took to explain the food choices & their process. We had delicious sandwiches and a pumpkin whoopie pie that was incredible! We going back!! For sure!!

Finally! I made it to Wild Flour today. My last few visits home I never made it, but today was the day! It was excellent...if I could eat there for the rest of my time here I would be in 7th heaven, it was THAT good! I at least have to stop back in for a bakery item, they looked amazing! Next year I'll be here for the whole summer and I will make sure to eat there plenty. Five stars!

This place is beyond amazing ? the heart, soul and food is the absolute best! Everything was fresh like stated. They catered where I work and she had everything well organized and labeled and Beth double checked everything before she left and everything was there, she didn't miss a beat!! My husband and I reserved our valentines dinner here, they were offering a 4 course meal. Words cannot describe how AMAZING the food was!! We both didn’t know what to expect and I was truly blown away! We had (in my own words) spinach stuffed mushrooms, buffalo chicken wing bites, home made tomato soup/ salad, chicken cordon blue, steak asparagus and mashed potatoes.. I was so full I forgot it came with dessert!! I read other reviews before coming in and I know what they mean, everything taste fresh (rolls were amazing) Do not pass this place up!! The owners showed so much hospitality and make everything fresh and from scratch. I will definitely be reaching out in the future for catering. I was highly impressed and got way more than I was expecting! Thank you so much for an amazing dinner!!!
