This was my second visit with my son Jacob. We were so fortunate to get the same waitress we had on our first visit. Her name is Ashley. Even though the place was absolutely packed, it did not deter from her attention for us. The food is outstanding, Jacob and I each had the fish fry. The portions were very generous, the best fish fry I've had in a long time! The service we received was equal to the quality of the food we were served. Five stars for sure! We will certainly be back soon.

Place is an absolute gem. Camping at Darien Lake, and park was closed yesterday, so we found this place. Food is really good, and they run a cheap beer special. Had the stuffed pepper chicken Alfredo with garlic bread, and it was a hit with everyone. Strongly suggest making a reservation. Friday night we got there about 5:30pm, and only the community table was available. Was well worth it!

Waited 40 minutes for food..my husband gets a grilled chicken sandwich..roll was big and the chicken was so thin... Almost paper thin.I am done giving this place a chance
This was our second time dining at the black water Tavern I ordered the chicken marsala I am Wendy order the pasta primavera. Her pasta dish was huge and tasty. The chicken marsala mushroom sauce was delicious. Our waitress Amy H was friendly and attentive.

We stopped in for a quick bite before the concert. It was wheelchair accessible which is a big plus! We’re promptly seated. Ordered their steak sandwich & it was DELICIOUS! Actual steak & not the Philly shaved steak! Cooked to perfection! So tender! The waitstaff were very pleasant & efficient. I would highly recommend
Wheelchair accessibility: Parking behind the building with a ramp near the back patio/deck, took a slight maneuver to get in once we opened the doors, but was still better than other places we had been.
