I went to this location with my little son, who would be going there 1st time in his life, and was excited to get happy meal and a toy! I looked on google maps and checked on McDonalds app, that’s it’s open today on 12-25-25, I made an order, payed for it 20$ and was sure we are good to go and pick it up. The doors were locked, my son had a meltdown for an hour, there was no one. I cannot get a refund in app and my bank charged me for that order. I have no idea how to get my money back, and that is a horrible customer service experience for me and even more for my son who cried for so long. If an app didn’t take orders or at least didn’t charge me for it, or had an option for refund that would be better….

I went through the drive thru on Sunday around 10am. The speaker wasn't working very well, but I heard the girl confirm that I ordered a number 1 (egg mcmuffin meal). I got to the window and she told me I owed $4 and change. I said that couldn't be my order as I had ordered a meal. She looked at the screen confused and said she didn't have my order. She was very blase about it and said she just didn't put it in. She did say it would be out shortly. I said okay, thank you. I don't know what happened, but when I went to open up my bag and eat my meal, the sandwich had just been thrown in the bag- no wrapper or anything. The different parts of the sandwich were strewn around the bottom of the bag and all parts of the sandwich were cold. The english muffin hadn't even been toasted. It was horrible and a complete waste of money.

Made a mobile order through app at 11pm when google and the app both said it closed at 12. drove 20 minutes from my location to find the inside mcdonald’s dim, but 5-6 cars in the driveway, so I pulled in to see a group of 8-9 people sitting, in the dark eating away, and was then told that they close at 11. Embarrassing.

hey so little issue, i saw a girl in a blue shirt chomping down on song tasty fries. her bare, grubby, stinky, mits. we told her to stop repeatedly, but she did not listen. i happen to work at a separate location and me, nor my colleagues would ever even dream of for taking in this sinful act. the only reason this has 1 star, is because that’s the lowest i could give, they have brought great dishonor to the micdonalds family. be warned…
Very disorganized, asked for no mustard on my sandwich and still out it on . I also redeemed a large fry with my points and they gave me a medium. Also our food order took bit longer when we got basic items. Two people ordered ahead us and got their food before us. This isn't the first we try to go there and they mess up our order. This location def needs improvement.

The food here just really just isn't good. Everything always tastes like its been sitting out for hours. Could use better management to keep items fresh. But hey, at least it keeps me from ordering mcdonald's unless I'm really hungry and have no groceries at home. Another plus is rarely ever any line, probably due to no one wanting to eat here because the foods never fresh.

Ordered quarter pounder without cheese and when I got it you could see that they had just pulled off the cheese from the sandwich which left cheese residue on it. Burger was also beat up and crumbly.
