The experience I just had at the drive-through was incredible. Efficient, filled with joy and timely! I honestly wish I would’ve found out the name of the person who cashed me out and took my order because he deserves a raise.

This location currently has some good quality staff (February 2024). My order is usually correct. The food at all Tim's has gotten progressively worse over time.

I order an iced coffee with a lot of sugar in it and the workers sometimes will make sounds like they can’t believe it. Or they will ask are you sure. I also ask for granulated sugar instead of the cane and I still usually end up with cane. But overall the workers are friendly and the coffee is still good.

Good food. Good service. The line gets a little long sometimes but people are stupid and rush in all at once. Usually it. Moves pretty quick though. Never spend more than 10 minutes in line.

"Im sorry, we're out of that." Of course you are. Why wouldn't you be? It's only the latest thing you're currently advertising I should buy, but why have it in stock? Your check clears on Friday weather or not you actually do your job or you're chit chatting with your coworkers, in your 12th smoke break or scrolling. Customer service is dead.

This location is my most frequent. Service is generally good, 9/10 times friendly and I get my correct order. As with most places occasionally something isn't prepared right or is missing from an order, but less so here than most other Tim's I've been to.

Just went here and placed an order through the drive thru. I placed my order and when I went to the window my order was wrong so the employee corrected it then I paid for my daughter’s who was behind me. She called me and asked if I paid for it and I said yes. She said they changed me. I turned around to get my money back and my husband went in and whomever the so called manager was gave him a hard time and would not give him his cash back I went back in and caught the employee who fixed my order and took my money and then the mean so called manager gave me a hard time as well after her belittling me and giving me a hard time she finally gave me my money back. What a horrible way to start your morning. She should not be a manager and I didn’t like how she spoke to the young man who was only trying to correct all their mistakes. Thank you to him.
