they do not allow dogs on the patio
Went for breakfast with my wife. We had a relaxed meal in a great diner.
The food was delicious. The coffee was the best I’ve had in years.
The service was that rare balance between being attentive without hovering.
We will definitely return again.
I took my daughter here for breakfast today. It was quiet so there was no wait to seat ourselves. At first my daughter wanted to sit inside, but it was so cold in the restaurant we decided to sit on the patio. I've never sat out there before and have to say it was quite nice! The view is mostly of the parking lot and the towns main drag, but on one side there is a little pond.
The menu wasn't overwhelming which I appreciate. The specials sounded good, but they ran out of 2 of them so we ordered off of the menu. My daughter got the lumber jack which is 2 each of pancakes, choice of meat, and eggs. I got the spinach and feta omelette with homefries and sourdough toast. The food came out very quickly and Eve was great. The spinach was fresh and just the right amount feta. My potatoes were crispy as I requested and the sourdough was delicious. My daughters pancakes were nice and fluffy, she said the meat was good but the eggs were undercooked a bit. For the price we got a ton of food and id recommend if you're passing through and looking for a hearty breakfast!
Quaint, friendly and good food
1st time visit in almost a year. Food was good, and the service was good but a little slow. We will go back again, lots of choices for dinner.
Everything was overdone. Gave us a free hot chocolate. $50.00 for burnt food.

We go there once a month for a meeting breakfast. They are very accommodating with large groups. And their food is delicious.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair ramp and plenty of room for wheelchairs.

Stopped here with my boyfriend on our way to a concert at Darien Lake to grab a quick lunch. Food was easy, quick, and delish. Menu was straight forward. Prices are good- our server Linda was a treat. So welcoming and had us laughing through our lunch. When coming from out of town restaurants are sometimes hit or miss and we don’t like to waste our time or money, but this one is a good find. Thanks!!

A family style restaurant with ample room indoors and on the deck. The view of a retention basin behind the restaurant makes for a pleasant waterfront feel. We sat inside and enjoyed the small house sparrows fluttering about during our stay. Also, the decorations were clean and interesting. The waitress was very outgoing and brought us drinks right away, checking back to take our orders. She did not hesitate to bring extra napkins and when bringing our food checked if we needed anything else. We ordered a Jumbo Fantail Shrimp dinner, mashed potatoes, and mixed vegetable. The 7 pieces of shrimp were breaded as ordered and cooked nicely. The mashed potatoes were smooth and delicious, and a large portion of mixed vegetables softer than Al Dente. We also ordered a fried chicken dinner, including a breast, thigh, wing, drumstick, and possibly additional breast tender. It was fried very crispy. The side dish of mashed potatoes with gravy was good. A bowl of mixed vegetables again large portion and softer than Al Dente. The waitress brought our check and it was paid at the register like some other family restaurants would be.
Parking: There is parking on all 3 sides of the restaurant. Ample space.
Kid-friendliness: It is clearly a family restaurant, great for kids. Not necessarily the place for an impressive date night, but a quick meal with friends would be fine.
