They made their pizza with the plastic-like Kraft singles cheese, and it was disgusting. Even worse, the "cheese" was completely burnt around the edges. Both myself and my wife got stomach aches after eating the food here. Everything else on the pizza was fine, and it would've been a good pizza if they didn't use that nasty fake cheese.I wish their menu showed us that they don't use real cheese before we ordered. I would have gone to the other pizzeria a block down the road if I'd known in advance. If you're going to get food here, get a sub or something instead.The employees looked miserable inside. One employee making food looked angry, and I saw another employee crying in her car in the parking lot before walking in for her shift.I will not be going back.

Their food is good but customer service is lacking. In 7 months they have screwed up my order 3 different times. I order about once a month. I feel like I should have been compensated a little better for my inconvenience if they want return business. Not looking for a freebie. Carbone's in Alden does a much better job overall. Good food too.
