Two of us ordered the brisket dinner. It was AWFUL. Dry, flavorless and tough. I had to saw at it to cut a piece. It didn't even come with any bbq sauce. We had to ask for some. Practically used the entire bottle to make it edible

Food amazing. The waitress we had was clearly not happy to be there and made us feel like we bothered her. She was slow, unfriendly and at times rude. First time we have gone there and had slow, terrible service. Hopefully they fire her or they amicably part ways. She will destroy the rep.

Hubby had chicken bbq. The chicken was sooo dry. The corn bread was soo dry too. The beans were good. There bbq sauce was a bit on the spicy side. Wife had brisket cheesesteak sandwich. The sandhich was soo greasy and their home made chips that came with the sandwich were over cooked tasted burnt and greasy. Also the only straws they have were the stir sticks for your mixed drinks which they are tiny you had to really suck to get your drink of water. I don't recommend going here to eat.

Hot as hell inside. The food was horrible. Only one of 8 of us liked their food and it was a burger. My fall off the bone ribs fell off due to dust lol. So dry no amount of sauce would help. And I had baked beans that were cold and tastless. I think they were Grandma Browns right out of the can. For 240 bucks with the tip it sure wasn't worth it. I still left a 20% tip the service was good and I can't fault them for bad food. But never again. It was 88 outside and I think 95 inside.

Ate here last time I was in the bay. Was not very good. Gave it another try to be fair. Not that good.

I gave 3 stars just because the drinks were really bad. We ordered a mojito and a lemonade they were not even close to a mojito and a lemonade. Besides that the food was delicious. Smoke house burger and the teriyaki salmon were really good. Next I will order a beer to play safe😉

The service was not very good and neither was the food. They say little neck clams, but they weren't. Cocktail said it was fresh watermelon puree, it was actually just liqueur or vodka. Server seemed bothered to be serving us.

I don’t know why there is so much negative reviews. Place has a very nice atmosphere, food is great, and service is 10x better than most restaurants in the Bay. Would suggest anything Brisket (Nachos, and Poutine). Miss you guys!

Be careful on the deck. There are uneven boards and nails sticking up. My 5 year old tripped while walking to the bathroom and ended up in urgent care with a knee laceration. There was no manager on duty and the host was more concerned about getting us away from the table that they needed to seat, than if my child was okay. There were no apologies or offer of any assistance, other than a bag of ice and 2 small circular band aids that were of no use for a knee laceration. The incident happened while we were waiting for our food to be brought out. I paid the bill and took the food to go.

The prices are kind of high, but that's to be expected in a tourist town. I liked how it's near the St. Lawrence River and all of downtown Alexandria Bay. The burger was huge so my daughter and I shared. It was delicious and so were the fries.

Had delicious and upscale and high quality food with a great view of the water.

Food was good no complaints but the service was a bit slow.
