This has become my new favorite distillery. I first ran across them at the Pulaski, NY farmers market, and tasted several samples and bought a couple of bottles there, then yesterday I was at their Distillery in Alex Bay, and they were just so nice letting us sample some before we made three more purchases. We had a nice conversation and what a relaxing atmosphere there. Then we just happened to be in Clayton and they were having a festival there, and dark Island Spirits had a tent setup and again allowed us to sample some more. Very friendly, and extremely accommodating. I will be back!

Stopped in during Christmas in July. It was such a great experience we went back a couple of times diring our few days in the area. The staff was amazing the drinks were spectacular. We did a tasting flight as well and were actually taught the best way to properly do a tasting definitely changed the game. Can't wait to go back again to enjoy this establishment.
My wife and I stopped in this week and met one of the owners. He was very friendly and asked us if we knew how to properly taste bourbon or whisky? We did not so he shared with us proper way. We definitely enjoyed our time and experience with this distillery and left with over 100.00 dollars of product. Definitely returning

Visiting from NJ! We had a wonderful experience here. The staff and drinks were amazing! I had a few pineapple coconut slushy with their rum! Delicious! Will go back before we leave. Update: we went back for a second time and had another great experience. We will be back visiting next July will definitely be back to the distillery!
