Christine was an exceptional tasting room attendant and her absence is deeply felt. Many customers appreciated her friendly demeanor and knowledge about the wines. It’s astonishing that she was layed off while the blonde lady is always being negative about your winery. I had planned to bring a party of ten to the comedy show but I learned about Christine's departure and decided against it. Her presence made all the difference and it is disappointing to see such a valuable employee go.

I would like to add to the  post by Jenny Marie... as a local who also loves the wine and beer and pretzels and cheese boards ! We were very sad to see the changes in staffing.  The "cheers" feel for us is gone as well without  Lisa the TR manager.  Over the years    we met so many wonderful people while sipping wine having a beer with a "everybody knows your name" atmosphere.   What truly brought us there as locals who support local! was the winter, spring, summer and fall amazing staff!  Lisa always had a smile and many more staff who were there through each season and who hopefully will be back!!!! Honestly way to many to name have come and gone.  Our hope like Jenny Marie is that the winery sees past the bottom line and supports us locals as we support them with the same old cheers feel and the staff who made us feel welcomed again!!! Yeah and NO  happy hour on Friday and Saturday sucks since its almost only day we love to go meet up friends and other locals !

Absolutely love the wine and beer selection. The atmosphere was always amazing when Lisa managed the tasting room. Lisa is friendly, knowledgeable, and she never left a customer with an empty glass. Unfortunately, it's no longer a place where I feel welcomed, the "Cheers" close-knit feeling is gone. Greatly disappointed at the new staff changes and greatly miss my family's weekly visit. We are currently stationed at Fort Drum, this was the place we brought all our visiting family and friends, as well as new incoming militaty families. Since we have chosen the area as our forever home when retirement starts, we are hopeful that the winery will make changes to bring back that wonderful, welcoming feeling to the tasting room.

Amazing people and amazing wine. We did our tasting with Lisa and she is the nicest and so easy to talk to. My husband and I stopped in during our trip back to visit family before moving across country and I’d had their wine before so I knew it was good but visiting the winery made it even better knowing what a great, welcoming, and warm staff they have. Telling everyone I know about them.

Caution: don’t come here. We’ve never experienced such horrible treatment in our lives. The server, a male with dark hair and a light beard, didn’t want to serve us, didn’t help with the selections, dropped the charcuterie board and did not replace it. Will never be back.

Delicious wines, wonderful staff. It's definitely a must visit.

Love this place! Love the wine, the staff, the grounds, everything! Happy hour available 3-5 Monday through Friday, and wine tasting available at the bar. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They also have a small menu available while there for tastings, or while there to enjoy a glass of wine or wine slushie (highly recommend). And now offer shipping to many states!

Absolutely terrible . We were told that we could bring our dogs on the back patio to sit and after we ordered some women with rotten teeth who clearly wasn’t the owner. Came up to us and said you need to remove your dogs from the premises. My dogs had better hygiene than her

Lovely winery, comfortable and relaxed atmosphere! A wine for everyone, from dry to sweet. Cocoa Island was a favorite!

They have great wines. We liked almost every wine we tasted; cold-climate wines are usually not my favorite. Prices were good too. We bought as many bottles as we could carry to our boat.

Worst service ever! Three of us went in last night and sat at the bar where there were only 3 customers. We waited 10 minutes and in that time 3 employees were behind the bar, not one of them acknowledged that we were there. A young couple came in after us and were waited on immediately.
We left and went to Coyote Moon where we were greeted as soon as we opened the door, treated very well and we bought a case of wine on our way out.

We had a great time at the Thousand islands winery. Did the 50 min tour and wine tasting. The raspberry isle is the best wine we tasted, it contains so much flavor and so smooth. Plus the wine is not that expensive. Bought a lot of bottles cuz it just so good.
