I have been taking a few days to think of how to properly write about my experience. My boyfriend and I went to get a bite to eat while visiting my brother at Alfred State. Once seated, the 2 top that came in at the same time, ordered AND was served food before we had even ordered. About 20 minutes in, a 6 top came in and ordered before ultimately I found a waitress who wanted nothing to do with us. We finally put our order in. The 6 top got served and ate before we even got our food. I am shock because lets just say we didn't look like the fellow customers. The blonde waitress was so rude when we asked for help and had her phone alarm was going off while taking care of OTHER tables. I am sadden because the menu was diverse and the game room upstairs was nice. To anyone who fits their 'wanted' clientele should expect to have a nice time. I am so angry and disappointed that we were treated the way we were especially in 2024. :(

Extremely fun laid-back environment. We happen to be there on trivia night and it was a madhouse, but that did not affect the quality of food nor the quality of service . This will quickly become one of our new favorite places to come visit when we’re in New York . Thank you! Keep up the great work!

Was in town for a game and had dinner after. Seems to cater more towards the drinking crowd. Had 5 folks and 1 had to sit on a chair at the edge of the table in the flow of traffic. The subs were the shining part of the meal. Both Mac and cheese options were not good - small portions, kinda bland, and broken sauce.
The fingers were soggy and no real heat.

Im an Alfred local who hadn't been back in a while, and what an amazing direction this place has achieved. Great food, beer selection, and atmosphere. Saw locals, family's, and even college students there filling the restaurant up on a Tuesday night. Don't hesitate to stop at this hidden gem in Alfred Station!

I was expecting more from this spot. Looks cool, Cozy, and upscale when you enter. However, the service is just awful. Waited forever for a table at time when there was plenty of seating? The host said we could said but the waitress would be a while. I've never heard of such a thing either we can or can't be served. The excuse was they were slammed by events but the restaurant was not full. They just need more or better kitchen staff and prep. The waitress was in a bad mood and pretty sour. Food was barely okay. Everyone's French fries were cold. Fine for drinks but dodge the food. Also no draft beer? Weird...
Good food. Pretty big place with a Bar. Food was good. Only dined in once, rest was takeout. Will go again.

My wife and I decided to try out the restaurant tonight because we had heard they had good wings. I was surprised how big and perfectly cooked they were, we split an order along with the grilled cheese sandwich platter. I can say we enjoyed everything very much along with the good service from the staff. Thank you for a enjoyable experience and we shall be back!

Great food and a great atmosphere. The wings are outstanding and the calzone I had was very, very good. Staff were very friendly and the prices were very fair. We will absolutely be back.
