A warm and cozy restaurant with accommodating and attentive staff. The meals were very good, as were the drinks and desserts. This is a very nice option in what feels like the middle of nowhere.

I love the restaurant and always had a good meal there. I cannot speak for others in my party but I had the crumb boiled Haddock was small and very dry. It also had very little taste. The Clam chowder was excellent.

We left our salmon to be smoked on 10/30/25; his sign clearly says 24 hr turn over , we dropped it off at 0900 hr'& to be picked up next day, but the fact is !! it is 30 hrs before you get your smoked salmon ..well we got nothing but taken here he has the salmon & 30 dollars so he did real good ...off us.. maybe cause we are from out of state. Dont expect your smoked salmon within 24 hr ..its 30 hrs .take your 24 hr turn over sign down & give our salmon to a needy family please thanks

Beautiful spot with potential to be the best in the area” Tailwater has a fantastic ambiance warm, inviting, and in a great location that makes it perfect for a night out. The food was good overall, but the seasoning was a bit off and didn't quite live up to the presentation. Service was friendly but inconsistent, which took away from the experience a bit. With a few small adjustments to flavor and service flow, this place could easily become one of the best dining destinations around.

We had a delicious lunch on Saturday 9/27. We started with the Bourbon Bacon Deviled eggs. They were sweet and creamy, great start! Then I had the Beef on Wick with a side caesar. As always it did not disappoint. The beef was cooked perfectly and the creamy sauce had just the right kick. The caesar was dressed well and the buttery croutons added a nice crunch to the salad. My husband enjoyed the Hot Honey Chicken sandwich. It was sweet but with not a lot of heat. The pickles were a nice crunchy zing. Also, the breading was crunchy and flavorful. Both sandwiches were served on a perfectly toasted brioche bun. Our waitress, Alyssa, was friendly and she took great care of us!

This was one of the best places in Pulaski, I was searching for some seafood which no where around has besides shrimp so I went with my original choice of the the Tailwater lodge, it was my 30th birthday dinner and the food was amazing and the staff was on top of it. Thank you all!
Website says $22/lb for cold smoked salmon. Paid $96 for 3 lbs today cash which works out to $32. Literally buy your cold smoked salmon anywhere else.

The wait staff and management was excellent. I have a shellfish allergy and they went over the top to make sure there was no cross-contamination with my food. I had the chicken scallopini it was delicious. If there was anything I could complain about it would be the chairs. At 5 ft. 2 in their tall very deep chairs are uncomfortable to sit in for an extended period of time. I need to remember to bring a cushion to put behind me next time. Other than that, five stars overall.

The food was generally good, my Haddock was overdone and dry. Twin fillets were good, chicken scallopini was good chicken riggiies were ok. Apple crisp Al la mode was warm and very good. Service was very good until restaurant got crowded and waitress had many tables to service. Very noisy

This restaurant is located inside a Hilton Hotel. The bar area was crowded and loud. It made the dining room noisy. Our service was good; not overly friendly but efficient. Unfortunately, the food was just OK, nothing spectacular. My chicken quesadilla was excellent. The shrimp tacos however, were pretty flavorless. The cauliflower steak was very tough and the shrimp scampi was tasteless. The menu selection was good.
