The first time I went with my Indian friends the service was amazing, but the second time I went with a white American person March 1st 2026 at 6pm, the server was extremely cold and rude to us but was normal to everyone else. He also gave us an expired drink from January. I was extremely hopeful to introduce this place to my friend and this is the experience and hospitality we get. As a south-indian I'm extremely disappointed.

We went today for the first time. Shared the lunch veg combo, 11.99 and a marsala dosa, also 11.99. We really liked everything and were glad we went. One sauce that accompanied the lunch combo
though, was a watery rendition of sour cream, which was weird, but the other sauces were good.

Absolutely incredible food. The prawn pepper fry was the standout—perfectly seasoned with a serious kick. I’ve already been back twice and I’m determined to work my way through the entire menu. This is a must-visit spot for anyone who loves authentic south Indian flavors.

This was my first time at Amma's Kitchen. I wanted to try authentic South Indian Food. I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have the thali, so I got the goat meal instead. It was very spicy and I was sweating while eating it, however, I enjoyed every bite. The food was delicious and authentic. They were able to accommodate a table of ten people. The server was friendly and it didn't take long for our food. I will definitely go back.

THE ONE STAR REVIEWS ARE CORRECT! I did not read them before deciding to order from here. I purchased 4 entrees from vegetarian to goat...they were all truly revolting with indescribable flavors. All of the food went into the trash after one bite. One person in our group (goat entree) was up all night with stomach cramps. Place is not clean, cannot imagine what the kitchen looks like. We love Indian food...this is not Indian. The counter staff are friendly and helpful.

We had to take thali because dosa or anything else was not available. Every item in thali was cold and nothing seemed fresh. They served us cold wada I asked to exchange it. They returned the same again. Unhygienic place. Pathetic food. BTW prior working there were sitting and enjoying dosa while we were served leftover thali
