Great service. Good ice cream and frozen custard. But I gotta say that Rochester’s Abbott’s Frozen Custard is still the standard to beat. Keep trying!

Hot night and Andersons on the Blvd is busy! Arctic swirl was great, filled to the brim and the small vanilla dish was just fine. We will be back. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Place was clean. It was a little slow but honestly, they were packed with people.

Drive thru service was a terribly long wait and the girl serving me intentionally made me wait before handing me my order. She had a serious attitude. The Anderson’s on Sheridan Drive is a much kinder atmosphere.

The only choice for the custard is vanilla, but I picked up the pistachio as my wife loves it. I usually sneak a little bit ?

How about instead of talking to each other so much let’s focus on orders and assisting customers. Poor customer service

We are from out of town. We were staying in the Buffalo area for a couple of days. We wanted to find a real local place for ice cream Thursday evening. Great selection of ice cream treats. I didn’t even know what frozen custard was. But now I know. It’s soft serve to the next level! I got the turtle sundae loved it! My daughter got the seasonal peach sundae she also loved it.
The food menu looked so amazing too.
Would definitely recommend.
Kid-friendliness: They had build your own kids meals. It included a token for a soft serve after your meal.

Always a great stop. I can remember when it was just 1 location. Unlike so many other restaurants, who's quality depleted when they expanded, they have the same quality as decades ago!

$13 for a small sundae and a dish of 2 scoops. Ridiculous. I'll drive 10 minutes to Mississippi Mudd's and get more for less, same Perry's Ice Cream. Plus Mississippi Mudd's has a low sugar ice cream option.
