Been here twice the food is good and as advertised. The staff is friendly and fast. The first milkshake I got was blended too much it was just chocolate milk. They probably added too much milk. The second shake on the second trip was good. This is the only Arby's I've been too anywhere that doesn't smell like mold. I'm satisfied with this restaurant, food and service

We bought food at 7:40 pm, all food was “old”, probably made long time ago and warmed up… everything tasted so bad including famous Arby’s fries… Mac and cheese was overcooked, mushy… pita bread in Gyro was so “old”… the only thing was ok is a milkshake …

Was very surprised how cheap it was with the cottons and the amount of food was great.
Gave me my bag without cheddar, BBQ sauce, or a staw, small fry and drink when I ordered a large and then argue with me for bringing it to their attention. I was a regular and genuinely wanted someone to know they screwed this up so they could avoid future mistakes. Im thrilled you guys are doing so well in this economy that you can just piss away customers.

Got the classic beef and cheddar meal, 1. Fries were so very fresh, 2. Strawberry milkshake was fantastic, 3. Beef and cheddar was delightful, 4. I asked for a handful of arbys sauce to enjoy with my fries and on my beef and cheddar and the lady at the window understood the assignment! It was a great, quick meal to enjoy after a long work week! Thank you:)

Only 1 car in front of me I sat in the drive thru for 12 minutes, I ordered a milkshake once I got up to the window I was given a half melted shake. You guys gotta do better!!
