Blaze Pizza

At the Amherst NY location, a girl who identified herself as a manager was so rude and insulting I left my order at the register and walked out. What a poor example to her staff (assuming she is a mgr.) for customer service. I wasn't the only one in the line complaining about her. I have to leave a star otherwise, I would give none.

Their coffee is smooth and aromatic.

The staff is so friendly and funny! Pizzas are great! Pineapple on pizza is a crime!

Walked in and immediately greeted! Service was excellent and staff was friendly, funny and personable!!! 10/10 experience and food!

They said they close at 10 and i went there 9:30 they closed the door and they was acting they didn't saw me

It was dirty. I placed a mobile order or I would have walked out. The benches were ripped, the floors and counter were dirty. You could see the counter with drinks was covered in spilled beverages(behind). It was old and just never cleaned up. There was no garbage cans in the bathroom. The floor was just gross. I wish I had taken pictures but I just wanted out.

The drinks menu has something for everyone.

Extremely disappointed. Used to be amazing. Employees seem overworked and understaffed. I don’t blame them for how overwhelmed they are. Always overcrowded and online orders also take a really long time. I see people leave because of the long wait. It’s also quite messy and even the booth chairs are tearing apart. Tables and floor are rarely clean. The pizza does taste good. However, I don’t recommend coming here. I do see a lot of room for improvement.

Place is a mess got our pizza but our cheesy bread been waiting 25 min. Place isn't clean guess we will leave with oit part of our order or even a refund for what we didn't get. This place has went downhill

I don't know what happened to this Blaze Pizza location. It started when the worker grabbed my gluten-free dough and threw it on top of the flour and cut it with a pizza cutter covered in flour. Then two different workers didn't know what came on the hot pickle pizza, even though there was a giant advertisement right above their heads for it. There were no garbage cans to throw your trash in and the soda fountain was both out of half of the drinks and a total mess. The tables were filthy and the seats were ripped. And worst of all, my pizza was doughy and cold and my wife's was burnt to a crisp. I can guarantee that was my last visit to that location. I would stay as far away from there as possible if I were you!

The smoothies feel like a healthy treat.

So I don’t think it was a terrible experience I definitely see potential. I just have a couple suggestions. I wish they just did a bit of a better job sweeping out the ovens because I got a bunch of burnt cornmeal on the bottom that doesn’t give the pizza a great taste and part of my dough was burnt on one side. I get it was busy but either way if your only job is to man the ovens make sure you are using them properly. Also if you’re gonna put onions on a pizza dice them nobody wants whole onion rings on there come on. Last thing is you should make a bigger area for the girl finishing off the pizzas you were extremely busy and she had no room to do anything really. She was clearly stressed and didn’t really have a nice vibe. That being said I have worked in food service all my life and I get it but still.
