Blaze Pizza

I used to love coming here but then the quality became worse. Today I wanted to go back and do I did but when I saw the cheesy bread, there was a piece of pepperoni in there. I'm vegetarian and this was surprising.

Had an issue with one of my orders, brought the receipt in and the manager there I believe his name was will, took care of it promptly, good service and decent pizzas

A good build your own pizza place. Even their signature pizza is good. Pizza is good when enjoyed in store, don’t do takeout.

I will start this off by saying my girlfriend and I used to absolutely love this place. We would come from time to time and always get the exact same thing. It was delicious. NOW, it is horrific. Over time it grew to be worse and worse. After our orders tonight we don’t even want to go back. From one of our favorites to an absolute no in a couple years time. Our pizzas tonight were hardly edible. Barely and unevenly cooked. Piles of cheese thrown on without care. Barely any sauce. The dough was wet and soggy. I have had A LOT of pizza in my life and this will be burned in my memory as one of the worst. Ate half a slice and threw it in the garbage. I wish I could get refunded.

I asked for my pizza well done,but they already cut it in half. I asked if they could cook it some more but when they took it out of the oven a lot of toppings leaked out of the middle of the pie. When they put it in the box the pizza paddle stuck to the pizza and half of the toppings slid off the pizza and into the box. If I didn't already pay for it I would have walked out. I've been there about a dozen times and never had a problem. It's going to be a long time before I ever go back if I ever go back at all .

I actually love blaze pizza but I’m giving them a review based on the last few times I’ve gone, the service, NOT Good! This last time I went ordered my pizza online went to pick it up, Once it said my order was ready. They gave it to someone else never told me anything then they temade my pizza and skimped me on the ingredients. 😒 seriously

Food takes way longer than the projected time it states on the app. Half of the time my order is messed up and incorrect. Last time I went all the garbages were overflowing with trash, leaving people to have to put their trash on tables.

I think this is one of those very niche restaurants that only does well if you just want a flatbread/ thin crust pizzas. If you want just regular pizza, go anywhere else they are cheaper and more filling. But I really enjoyed this one. I think it's a tad bit overprice. (Just don't get the sides, and you'll be fine)

Rude, poor customer service and over priced mediocre food. Will never return. My family of 5 were out shopping and unfortunately the restaurant we usually go to has closed but we were hungry and so decided to try Blaze Pizza. Upon walking in, we noticed the assembly-style and knew if would be about as good as food court pizza. We ordered 2 vegetarian pizzas (they are small & flat) 1 cheese bread, one small salad and drinks. It was ok. But the bill was over $50 US [over $80 Canadian] but that's not even the bad part: the shift manager was so rude and awful that I am still in disbelief- my 5 year old son needed to use the bathroom so naturally I take him with me to the woman's br. We were in there for a couple minutes and there was a knock, I said we would be another minute through the door. I kept asking my son if he was almost done and he said not yet. I am very attentive knowing the situation and remind him others need to go. 4 minutes later a loud, continuous knock so I part the door open and the manager yells at me that she has been waiting for 7 minutes and that we need to get out right now. My son was still needed it. My husband confirmed that we were not in there long. Am I a jerk? I asked the other employees about her conduct and they just defend her saying that she can't use the men's bathroom. But my point is just go use another bathroom in a plaza filled with businesses with bathrooms, sure you're on break but your paying customers are using the facilities. Mind you it is a single-person bathroom so worst case, if it was an emergency on her end (doubt it she just was on break) she could have used the single person men's room. It's not like it was terribly busy in the restaurant. Or she could have at least asked nicely knowing I had a child with me. Idk if you like over priced food and rude employees, then this is the spot for you.

The best pizza in North America for health-conscious customers! We visit from Canada, and Blaze Pizza is always worth the trip—even if it’s just for a pizza. This location knocks it out of the park every time, with generous portions and a wide variety of toppings to choose from. We’ve tried other Blaze Pizza locations, but none compare to this one. On top of that, the customer service is excellent, and the wait time from ordering to receiving your pizza is very short. Plus, they offer a rewards program, so with every visit, you’re earning points towards free desserts to top off your meal! Thank you for being the reason to go across the border!

Ordered two pizzas online, one regular and one gluten free. (I am allergic to gluten) My name was on both boxes so I had no reason to check before leaving. Once I got home I realized I was given two regular pizzas and not a gluten free one. I called and spoke to Neil, the manager and was told I would be getting a refund the next morning. It's been 4 days and I have yet to receive anything.

Order placed on online. Notified by text that it was ready. Waited in store for 45 minutes. Very disorganized. People that ordered at counter received their order way before my preorder. Two of my items were ready, and then 20 and 25 minutes later, the other two were ready. Got home one pizza was incorrect, the other was very burnt. Used to love Blaze, but the last 4 times was not very good service, or food.
