So I don’t think it was a terrible experience I definitely see potential. I just have a couple suggestions. I wish they just did a bit of a better job sweeping out the ovens because I got a bunch of burnt cornmeal on the bottom that doesn’t give the pizza a great taste and part of my dough was burnt on one side. I get it was busy but either way if your only job is to man the ovens make sure you are using them properly. Also if you’re gonna put onions on a pizza dice them...

Pizza was really good, service was great, however the cleanliness of the restaurant is lacking and generally pretty bad. Actual dirt covering areas of the floor and some surfaces. Bathrooms are almost gross.
