Were to start this review... This is the worst restaurant i've been to. To start, we had to wait for 20 minutes for the waiter to come see us at the table. After that, we waited 45 minutes for us to have to complain at the waiter because we didn't get our drinks and water. The waiter only brought 1 water even if we asked for both of us and 2 beers when we asked for a jug. 15 minutes later the waiter asked us what did we order to eat AGAIN, he didn't punch our order the first time when he asked us what we wanted so we had to wait an additionnal 15 minutes to receive our plates... The appetizer and main plate at the same time, the waiter brought me the wrong plate with the wrong sauce. I asked a staff member for buffallo sauce but she never brought it. I ate the plate because i didn't wan't to wait any longer to eat.. We were patient because we knew the waiter was alone for the dining area excluding the bar, but patience has a limit.. We wanted to complain to the manager, but the manager didn't seem to know what he was doing or what was his job. He ignored us when he passed by our table, we were so mad of everything done wrong in this restaurant that we just asked the bill to get out of there. We saw a few customers that had the same experience as us, they also needed to go and intercept the waiter to have some service. The waiter didn't do the job he is supposed to do : no water refill, no asking if the food is okay, no service at all at this point. This restaurant doesn't seem managed at all. The worst experience i had at a restaurant in my life... The fact that it is associated with the Mariott seemed like a good option at first sight. I would of gave 0 stars if possible. Avoid at all cost!!
I was staying in Amherst for a conference and had a nice experience at the Blue Fire Grill in the Marriott. Everyone was very friendly and the food was okay.

HORRIBLE QUANTITY.Nothing against the server, she was rather quite pleasant and helpful.I ordered a proper dinner entree plate to-go, at full price. Not an appetizer, sandwich or kid's menu.Fillet Mignon (Steak) with asparagus and potatoes. They served me 3, I repeat, THREE stick of asparagus and 6 pieces of potato halves with the 8oz fillet Mignon.I liked the taste, but when you make a person pay close to $40 bucks (including gratuity), without any side dish or drink, and then leave him hungry for the night, that's not selling for a second coming, ever!

Fast and Friendly Service!I ordered from this restaurant during my stay at the Bufaloo Marriott. The food was absolutely delicious, and the bartender was friendly. I enjoyed the Strawberry Salad, also. Overall, a great restaurant

I went to the BlueFire Bar & Grille for an easy dinner my first night at the Buffalo Marriott Niagara. It wasn't very busy in the late afternoon, but I didn't mind since I was by myself in a new place. I ordered a side salad and their korean chicken wings. The salad was pretty basic and tasty, what you should expect. The wings though...they were delightfully hot and crispy! The korean sauce was delicious, and they were tossed with the perfect amount of sauce. I would definitely come back to try more of their wing flavors. Plus, I think the number of wings you get is good for the price. The servers were also friendly.

After a long day of driving from NH to the Marriot we decided to stay and eat at the restaurant off the lobby. The bartender/waiter was really great. He answered our questions about the menu. I had the chicken parmigiana over spaghetti. I wasn’t disappointed. My wife got the chicken tortellini Alfredo and was very glad with the recommendation. Great service and food.
Had a great time at the Marriott. The restaurant need sto update how we can order. Other than that it was a great experience!

NO LIQUOR LICENSE AT THIS RESTAURANT!So my fiancé and I were looking to do something for our 3 year anniversary. We are college students so we couldn't afford a hotel package at Salvatore's, so we opted for the Marriott and their restaurant instead. We walked to the grill, someone had their small dog (who wouldn't stop yapping) on a leash, IN THE RESTAURANT. This dog was obviously not a service dog and had no place being there. The place was completely empty, and when we asked for a table, one of the many employees standing around asked us to please sit at the bar instead. I insisted on a table. Our server sat us down and I could tell he was very embarrassed. He informed us that he could not serve alcohol tonight because the restaurant had lost their liquor license. This information was not listed anywhere on the Marriotts website or the restaurants website. The server was kind enough to offer us a free soda but we obviously did not stay for the food. While I was on the phone with the marriott making my $200 hotel reservation, I mentioned that their business was a much better deal than Salvatore's. NOT ONCE did the hotel mention they had lost their liquor license. As you can probably imagine, I am very upset by this and I will be giving the hotel itself a 1 star review.
