Very sociable family run business I would eat their food especially pizza ? everyday if possible

I ordered pizza a week in advance for my daughters party at the science museum. I also called the day before to make sure we were all set for 2:15. The pizza arrived at 3:00 after my husband called at 2:30 and they told us it would be there in one minute. We had to sit and tell some very hungry 5 and 6 year olds it was coming for 45 minutes. I’m very disappointed because we used to really like this place but I will not be ordering anymore.

This was main stay for me. Last time there owners son added tip without my consent. Didn't notice it until I got home

Very welcoming place to sit down and eat some great food at! The food options are endless and all fresh and very tasty! Customer service was beyond good with over friendly and helpful staff

This used to be our go to place for everything pizza and wings related. Over the past year, things have gone very much down hill. I'm willing to forgive the hours because of COVID (I've just moved to Franco's or Tony's for late night orders) but the poor customer service is what drove me away. I've been hung up on, informed that they are closed a solid 45 minutes before their scheduled closed time, or just flat out ignored when trying to place an order during their open business hours. The phone'll ring for days, I call back, and get hung up on (and I'm not the type of person who puts in a huge order five minutes before closing).The food is fine. If you're looking for Buffalo style pizza, it'll give you what you're looking for. It's just not so amazing that I'm willing to give them my money despite the customer service issues. There have been a lot of similar reviews lately. I really hope someone over there sees these and does something about it, I don't want to see them go, I'd rather see them get better.

Superb food/costumer service who ever answered the phone and worked in the kitchen was on top! They had my food hot and GOOD! Can’t wait to come back and bring some food for the family. Atmosphere is warm and welcoming no complaints.

I been having issues with their delivery service the last few times but since I like their food I kept trying but today once again I called at 11am for delivery for before 12 for a lunch order and it’s late called and asked what happened and all they say is sorry I’ll talk to the cook nothing else by the time my food gets here my break will be over

I've been going here over 15 years, off and on. It's so up and down. The subs aren't made wright . Sloppy soggy so sick of it. They have bunch of kids working there . That obviously don't know what they're doing this will be my last time ordering from there.

Thanks for hanging up on me. Maybe if you turned the music down, you'd be able to hear me better.

Horrible experience I called to say they gave me the wrong order and the supposed “manager” argued with me and said that’s what I ordered and hung the phone up on me!

Their Thursday deal is amazing.

Ordered a small cheese and pep and small wings. Asked for crispy. Picked up the food (waited over 10 minutes after the promised time but I’d rather wait if it’s good) and went home. They put a total of 13 pieces of pepperoni on the whole pizza! The wings were more raw than crispy. Naked a black mark on pizza from wny. Never from this location again. Might I suggest they send all the staff to the Hertel Avenue for retraining?Never again.

love this place.. simple buffalo food at great prices...pizza rocks and best chicken finger sub too!
