I adore the food at this restaurant. I make it a habit to try to go at least once a week for a meal, well priced and good portions. Way healthier than a burger place around just a few bucks more is 100% worth it.

Got chicken katsu, ate it multiple times from this place, this time it tasted horrible, told them it tasted very bad, nothing like before, and asked if they can replace the product or refund, but they said it's not possible, I don't want that low quality food, so told them to keep it and enjoy, they took zero responsibility of the bad quality food, never going again after eating there for like 10 times so far, so frustrated..

Everything was very disappointing. We got two Bento boxes delivered and a side of tokyo chicken
Both our entrees were strange in color. The chicken terriaki was a grey brown, and the katsu calamari was dark brown, and obviously overcooked in old oil. Ive had both at other restaurants and they never tasted like this. The calamari was literally too tough to chew. The tokyo chicken was also overcooked, tough and mostly breading.
Both types of dumplings were bad. The gyoza style ones were stale and tough. The steamed dumpling were tasteless mush.
Even the rice tasted stale. I really feel everything they serve was old, stale or freezer burned. Normally I might give a place the benefit of the doubt, but not a single item was done well

Had delivered. Shrimp tempura—what a joke. Every piece was way overcooked. Shrimp rubbery. Breading not like tempura batter at all—just a very thick coating of bread crumbs. Would give them 0 stars if that were an available choice. Don’t go here for authentic Japanese food.

Food is okay. Stars removed for customer service. While we sat and started to eat, they told us we couldn’t sit down to eat the food that WE PAID FOR at this place. It wasn’t even closing time -there was a few hours left and already “they cleaned up” apparently. Others were sitting down and eating also smh.
So Customer service made my experience very negative….

Our food was made with care, shrimp fried rice was great, a beef stew was extra spicy in addition very great flavor. I wished it was less spicy.
Hated it! Worst soup I've had in years! Why did they put Lettuce in my soup?!?!? Also the beef was terrible. Never coming here again
Great service huge servings and food is great. Got the Tokyo chicken bento box with the chicken dumplings which were amazing with the sauce on the side. For only 13 bucks definitely worth the price.
My partner and I absolutely love getting the bento boxes from here. The other food is also really good. But the bento boxes are our favorite. I've tried the beef , chicken, and pork from there and they season them so well. I've been going here for the last 6-7 years and have yet to be disappointed. If you get a bento box, order the fried dumplings. Their dumpling sauce is also really good. They also have a very diverse selection of beverages and boba tea.
Featured in the photos of my recent meal: fried dumplings, rice, small side salad, chicken teriyaki, pineapple boba drink, and a unique flavored green tea.

Got the chicken katsu bento box with dumplings on the side and everything was pretty good! Only thing is that I originally wanted a california roll on the side but the cashier said that they were out of sushi which was disappointing but I did order near closing time. Didn’t have to wait that long to get my food though. Would definitely get food here again.

After queuing for more than ten minutes, the boy at the front desk pretended not to take the order when he saw it. I especially understand how hard it is to work alone on Sunday night. If you are busy, please ask your boss to arrange for more people to work, instead of finding someone who doesn't want to go to work to stand here and make everyone unhappy.
