I ordered 2 pizzas online and had the order delivered. The one pizza was edible, not good. Starving I open the second box pull out a piece and take a bite. I just about through up, it smelled like road kill. I called the place for a refund and the manager tells me I need to drive the food there for a refund. Moral of the story, order local, Dominoās is trash.

Disappointing experience. Ordered via drive-thru, but was ignored for 15 minutes despite pressing the bell multiple times. When I called to inquire, the staff member was rude and told me to either wait or come inside. I opted to come inside, where I was met with a dismissive attitude and a refusal to provide a refund receipt initially. Had to wait again for the receipt, which was eventually given grudgingly. Poor customer service, disappointing experience. 0/5 stars.

The delivery was fast so the food was hot. But it wouldāve been good if I got the drink that came with my combo. Also the pepperonis on my pizza tasted and smelled gross. Iām sure they were spoiled because it ended up making me feel sick.

You call them they hardly speak any English, and donāt understand what youāre asking for. All Iāve ever ordered from dominos is a large pepperoniā¦ thatās it.They speak very rudely and rush you off the phone and end up confused when trying to deliver your order as a result.One time I ordered and the guy got lost right outside my neighborhood, he calls and threatens to just go back to the store unless he gets a good tip, honest to god. I asked would I get a refund he just says āI donāt knowā.If you have any other options for pizza please choose those.
