It’s amazing how fast my pizza was ready when I ordered online. Second time I’ve had dominos. The first time I accidentally ordered thin crust pizza it shouldn’t be an available option in Buffalo or anywhere for that matter. I got hand tossed crust which was much much better. This location’s manager was Alice. She was extremely rude. When we reached this Dominos she rudely informed us she cancelled last 2 out of total 3 orders. And we asked to cancel first order as it would be incomplete meal without whole order. She said she would cancel the order. When we came out I checked and we hadn’t received cancellation for the first order. We went inside to inquire why we hadn’t received cancellation for the first order. At that moment she said she doesn’t have time to cancel the first order and she will call police on us if we didn’t leave the premises as we are now trespassing. Then she went inside her office area and pretended to call police. When she came out she said she cancelled the order but we have yet to receive cancellation for our first order. I have never experienced that Domino’s cancels your order if you place multiple orders apparently per this location’s manager Alice this is what dominos does in Ahmerst NY.

The worst pizza that I ate in my life. If there is zero rating I would go for that. Dominos app showing order is prepared but the person at counter is saying have to wait 10-15 minutes. Not recommended at any cost.

Worst service. I ordered pizza, and it was not delivered, but on the website, it was showing delivered. I called them they told me to wait for the delivery, but even waiting after 1.5 hours, when I called them, they told me that they would cancel the order and refund and they canceled it, but not refunded my money!! No where to track that on the website or their app.
