Zero stars. My friend and I drove from Canada for a day trip. Stopped here and waited 30 minutes for iced coffee and a croissant. A single croissant. There was no update, no apologies nothing. I swear the girl working the oven was placing one piece of bacon in a sandwich at a time. It took this one guy 2 minutes to put a muffin in a bag and put a sticker on it… why? Also, when I got my food it was cold… so if I get sick 😅also only like two staff? One girl kept stopping making food and would go to the back for a few minutes. At one point she opened the oven and dark smoke filled the store because she had left food in there

Food n service have really gone down at just about every dunkin in the area. It's gotten expensive and the juice just isn't worth the squeeze anymore. How the hell do you get diarrhea from coffee for Christ sake?!?

A must stop for us in the mornings before a long day of shopping in Buffalo for us Canadian Gals. Their signature latte (caramel craze) is my go to! Their turkey sausage is actually really good and I love that they give that option! Always quick service. Always consistently tasting great!
Just stopped in to grab a drink while we were driving and uh, get some information about the detailing of your car. The the little girl behind the counter acted like it was an inconvenience to get off of the phone so I took my business elsewhere
