I was in Buffalo and decided to get a coffee at this location on Main St and Bailey Ave. Coffee tasted great and it was HOT. There are times in the Rochester area it has been warm and not very hot. Nice change. Drive thru staff very nice.

So. I imagine this was simply a mistake, but I don't really think this is necessarily one that is acceptable.I recently got an iced coffee and a sausage egg and cheese from this location - they were made correctly and looked good.I only had one significant problem. The coffee literally tasted like straight Clorox/sanitizer. I don't know if they just didn't properly flush out the system or something, but my first and last sip was literally straight chemical.The sandwich was good, but I didn't have the heart to finish it after a big gulp of sanitizer.Also, the employee that handed it to me was very nice as well! Just, you know, I can't really ignore the big issue here.
