Insomnia Cookies

Inconsistent. Sometimes cookies are great or are undercooked... and service isn't good. There may or may not be an employee at the counter when you walk in and you get to stand there and look stupid until you leave without any sweet treats.

1000000x better than crumbl. They are smaller but at least they are cooked and aren’t overly sweet.

I bought a tub of ice cream for 9.5 today. I was surprised by the size of the tub; it was very small and not worth the price at all. It just tasted like ice cream; there are better options in the shops and markets. I will never, ever go back to that place; it's so expensive. I feel stupid for ever buying anything from there again.

The lady who helped us was polite so we didn't have any issues with service like the other reviews suggested. First time trying Insomnia Cookies and they are delicious. Big up to their kitchen appliances, they serve the cookie straight out of an oven-like shelf so the cookies are served warm, pretty innovative. Felt like it was a bit pricey for the size, probably better off getting a box if it lowers the cost per cookie

I received eight cookies and not the nine that I ordered. I ordered two pints of ice cream and received two half pints. I was pretty much ripped off. Your products are not cheap, I spent my hard-earned money to give a treat to my family. I will never purchase a product from this company ever again. Buyer beware.

I’ve been wanting to try insomnia cookies for so long and I finally went and loved it, great cookies and exceptionally great service. I’m unsure but I think her name was witney, she provided the best service and was extremely nice.

I stopped here to try these cookies the taste was ok if you rewarmed them but over all don't think I get them again

Employees have bad attitudes and poor customer service skills. I drove 20 minutes to this location on my lunch break on Tuesday. The app advertised a promo for a $1 deluxe cookie. As soon as we walk in at 11:30, the employee says we don’t have any deluxe cookies or brownies available. I asked how long will it be and she says at least 20 minutes, but you can come back. I tell her I’m on my lunch break and I can’t come back nor wait. So I ask am I able to get a classic cookie for $1 instead since that is all they had available. She proceeded to ask me in a very condescending tone if the promo was for a deluxe cookie or a classic cookie. I said it’s for a deluxe cookie and her response was “Well, then no.” Okay. I’m not requesting an upgrade to the promotion. I’m literally requesting all that you have available even though the store has been opened for 30 minutes. Don’t offer promotions if you can’t keep up with demand (or have cookies ready prior to opening).

Had an online order for pickup at 12:30, order still wasn’t ready at 1:30. Avoid unless you don’t mind standing around for over 30 minutes waiting for cookies.

This place sucks, they straight up lie to your face about your orders progress. I seriously don’t know how they keep a business open. DO NOT ODER DELIVERY FROM THEM. It will not come.

employees were not very nice at all and cookie was stale and cold. bathroom was also filthy looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in days.

Who can complain about a cookie shop! I'm sure someone can however no complaints here!

The Insomnia cookie staff at this location are completely unprofessional, they do not know what is going on from a business execution standpoint.
Staff answer the phone when you call in as if they just rolled out of bed….at 11am!!!!

If I were you, I would purchase any cookie products you’re looking to purchase from another venue somewhere in Western New York because this company is an absolute unprofessional and disorganized at this location!!! There are too many other quality and tasty cookie and cake companies to waste your time with this company/location. It is a joke!
Deplorable customer service. Very sad.

Way overpriced not at all worth the product they give you the store is trash and the employees are not very helpful
