Jersey Mike's Subs

They do not speak when you enter, not welcoming at all. This place is not sanitary. Crumbs on counter meat slicer is not cleaned off and the supervisor gets mad when she hears you ask to put paper down or clean off something so if I don't eat pork and you put my turkey on pork because you refuse to keep it clean and I get sick then what. The server wiped the lettuce off the counter and put it right back with rest of the lettuce and then thought she was about to put the same lettuce she wiped off the counter on my sub. I've always had problem with putting my meat on the counter when I know it's not being cleaned properly.

The sub was great. They ran out of the rosemary parm bread which was disappointing but still delicious nonetheless.

Inline with the brand, location has limited seating and it was quite busy when we were here

Overall I feel the subs are simple, while flavour and fresh, nothing special about a sub sandwich

I do like that they offer 3 sizes of subs

Great flavour, great value! Came down from Canada and tried this out with my boyfriend and we were obsessed with the taste of Italian sub, definitely will stop by again when we’re in buffalo again :)

Second time here.
I got the #17 Mikes Philly cheese steak.
Could’ve had more seasoning, more taste.
I struggled to finish 6” sandwich.
Staff were not so friendly.
Not a lot of indoor seating options.
Nothing special about this franchise.

Headed home from a hockey tournament and stopped in here for lunch! Great location in a shopping plaza to try subs with fresh cut meats on a bun! Flavour is good and the service was great! We’ll be back but since they are starting to open up a bunch on the Toronto area it may be a treat to get a sub for lunch once in awhile. ☺️

I'm not big on the corporate restaurants, but I have to give credit when it's due. Jersey Mike's makes a good sub, especially the cold ones. The ham is my favorite because it reminds me of the ham subs when I was a kid. I like the tuna as well.

The hot subs are good as well. The chicken and steak hoagies are tasty, and the chipotle versions of them add extra flavor. Are they as good as some of the locally owned spots on the east side? No, but they are good.

The employees are always friendly, so good service is never an issue.

Walked out today when we saw the guy cashing out customers and bagging subs to go went right to making subs without changing his gloves. We won't be back...

Zero flavour very bland

I ordered 3 chicken subs, when my family & I got home to eat we noticed they were salty. I called the store and spoke with Stephanie who said she was a Team Lead. She said to me “ well we don’t put salt on our subs so…. There’s nothing I can do about it “ I responded “so I’m letting you know my food was definitely salty and you’re telling me basically oh well there’s nothing you can/ will do about it ?” She said “yes , I don’t know what you want me to do .”
It’s really unfortunate that a restaurant would give you bad food and then say oh well deal with it is crazy. But then again it just reflects the employees working at the time. As when I first arrived they were all huddled in the back talking and only 1 girl was working alone. She actually had to tell the others that there were customers that needed help.

We came here for the first time coming from Canada and enjoyed our sub's. They were large and tasty. The menu is a bit confusing but you understand it eventually. The subs are huge. The sub pictures is their largest size. It can feed two people easily and I suggest just ordering one. We found the staff were polite. The restaurant could have been a bit cleaner but otherwise, we'd come here again. The hot subs are very good and should be worth a try.

The review is based on criteria pitting this place against other fast food restaurant's. You will never get the same experience against a sit down place.
