Jersey Mike's Subs

Messed up completely on 4 subs I ordered and when I tried to call back they wouldn’t answer the phone!

Hot subs are slow.
Came in for lunch and I kid you not we waited for 20 minutes. Guy on hot subs sucks. Moves in slow motion. His excuse was there were alot of hot subs ahead of us. There were 4.
I will say the sub he made was delicious so I would eat here again. Maybe it was just a bad day.

Apparently this is the place to eat. The line was very long but worth the wait. There was no seating in the restaurant due to the high volume of people. Great service and food was made as requested. Thanks.

The manager on duty was so rude. She was yelling at the staff almost the whole time I sat and ate my food. This is also the second time that I have been there where she has been rude and had no patience with customers. Will not be returning.

Came here 30 minutes before they closed on a Saturday night, but the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful!

Service is terrible and slow, primarily due to the card machine being broken frequently. Had to walk all the way to the Target down the road to use the ATM machine to get cash, and ended up losing $20 dollars of the $40 I pulled out of the machine in the chaos of having to pull various receipts out of my pocket to confirm my order when I came back ). If you cannot reliably take credit cards like a modern restaurant, then I’m not interested in frequenting your establishment. On top of that, the staff were extremely rude. I don’t expect to ever eat at this or any other Jersey Mike’s location ever again.

First time eating Jersey Mike's their mayonnaise has really weird taste to it Not what I'm used to The vinegar that they in the oil was good they don't toast their sub rolls but the tables were very dirty trash everywhere had to clean my own table off

I got 2 steak subs, and the meat was so juicy and flavorful.I loved it the staff were 3 really nice guys I’d come see them again any day! I would recommend come get you some subs.

Food is fine. It is very crowded and stressful to try and order. Not wheelchair accessible in the least bit.
