I went here today for lunch. The elder employee was amazing as he was teaching two new employees. I ordered 2 Giant Subs and everything was as great. I didnt even mind the new employee not doing a great job at keeping my sub together as she wrapped it. The more seasoned employee helped and it ended up just fine. My only complaint is that if I am spending 20$ on a sandwich, there should be at least half a pound of meat on it. I felt I got alot of lettuce and minimal protein. I will come back once more to see if it was a fluke, if it happens again, I will have to spend my money elsewhere.

I asked the girls behind the counter what was good they said we don't eat here. I said that's good enough for me and walked out. If they won't eat it then

I’ve came here possibly 3 times first 2 times great today ehhh I’m not sure I order a chicken Philly and honestly couldn’t tell if this was chicken or steak it was dark I’m assuming the grill was dirty if this was chicken didn’t even eat it 😒

Lazy employees don’t read instructions for online orders, happened before today few weeks back and decided to give them another shot and ordered online w specific instructions and got nothing close to my order. Order in person if you are gonna go

Went on June 20th at the end of the night and the hustle of the staff during a rush was spectacular. Service was amazing and the sub was the best I’ve ever had from a Jersey Mikes

The food and employees were great. However the manager working (Nick I believe his name was) was absolutely terrible. Screaming through the store while we were trying to sit and enjoy our food. And forgetting to make other orders leaving people sitting and waiting for food for almost a half hour. Maybe he should stop screaming at his staff for no reason and concentrate on his own work.

Ordered via DoorDash and was very impressed with the speed and quality of the food. I got the sub in a tub and was very satisfied. To get a full sub for $20+ is a bit pricey especially when a place like Wegmans has more options for breads. Easy enough for a grab and go option and we will definitely try again

Employees were absolutely MISERABLE! They were arguing in front of customers for well over the 5 minutes we were inside. Rude comments under their breath about how we needed to speak up, maybe if he wasn’t too busy paying attention to everything else around him instead of the customer he would’ve heard we asked for everything.. not a hard concept! We love the food when it’s made by someone who pays attention not just slops everything on and half of it falls off and onto the floor.
Ruined Jersey Mikes for us. Not to mention it’s over priced but we didn’t mind because the other location employees are friendly. Definitely not this location.

Ordered three large subs online,, day before everything went well

After watching the cashier handle money and use the register and then put lettuce etc on the subs for the couple ahead of me, I asked nicely for him to use new gloves before getting to my subs. After an obnoxious comment from a different worker, I left. This location has no sense of hygiene. What do they do when you’re not watching??
