Jersey Mike's Subs

Employees were absolutely MISERABLE! They were arguing in front of customers for well over the 5 minutes we were inside. Rude comments under their breath about how we needed to speak up, maybe if he wasn’t too busy paying attention to everything else around him instead of the customer he would’ve heard we asked for everything.. not a hard concept! We love the food when it’s made by someone who pays attention not just slops everything on and half of it falls off and onto the floor.
Ruined Jersey Mikes for us. Not to mention it’s over priced but we didn’t mind because the other location employees are friendly. Definitely not this location.

Ordered three large subs online,, day before everything went well

After watching the cashier handle money and use the register and then put lettuce etc on the subs for the couple ahead of me, I asked nicely for him to use new gloves before getting to my subs. After an obnoxious comment from a different worker, I left. This location has no sense of hygiene. What do they do when you’re not watching??

I come here very often normally on Monday because that day is my least chaotic day of the week and normally im always greeted by this young Africa American lady she is very friendly and she always seems to make my sandwich a little extra tasty whenever she makes it but recently I haven’t seen her the last few times i was there and its just not the same i dont know how to explain it but my sub doesn’t taste the same i really miss her and hopefully im able to catch her next time i come by great staff great food keep up the great job guys

We ordered from there for the first time today. WORST. SUBS. EVER. Rolls were extremely stale and there was barely any meat on them at all. We won't be going back.

Ordered a sub ahead and got bread with meat. No lettuce no tomato no onion no oil even tho it says ALL cold subs come with it..Will not go back

Went on 9/27/24 and had a coupon for buy 1 reg get 1 reg. First of all, we were not aware that the size was 1/2 of a normal size sub. Second of all, the place was dirty and Almost walked out. They were literally scraping the pan for lettuce instead of opening a new bag. There was barely any oil on it either. Will not be returning to that location or maybe not any of them. The employees were more concerned with talking amongst themselves instead of the customer.

I stopped by for lunch while working in the area. I was impressed with how clean the place is and how all the cold cuts are sliced fresh as you order your sub. I ordered the giant super sub and got it mikes way. It was more than i could finish and tasted really good.

The food was ok, but it probably would have been better if I had been allowed the chance to order it the way I wanted. I’m lucky they even listened enough to hear me ask for a gluten free roll (which I had to double check was actually gluten free because I truly didn’t trust them). Aside from employee #1 taking our orders pushing us along as fast as possible to get back to her conversation, employee #2 at the register gave us our total before we had to stop him and ask for our drinks and chips to be added for the combos. He didn’t give us a choice on what size drink, and just rang us out for the regular, which we honestly didn’t feel like fighting anymore. He left the register the second the card went through, leaving another employee (#3) to get us our cups. He at least asked if we wanted a bag, but instead of getting us one, he wrapped up the next person’s order and then walked away. When we were finally given our food (mind you, I was not given the option to add any toppings, mine was simply wrapped and dropped by the counter), we had to ask about the bag again. Employee #4 gave us one, after very condescendingly saying “your subs not gonna fit in this bag”. I was pretty annoyed at this point, and just said “we wanted it for our chips, cookies, and the jar of chili relish we got, actually”. Employee #4 then turned to employee #3 who was actually sitting on the counter where the food was being prepped (not leaning, literally sitting on top of it) who promptly said “what a b*tch” as if I wasn’t standing three feet away. I might go to another Jersey Mike’s, but never this one, and I’d recommend the same to anyone else. (I would like to add, there was an elderly gentleman working there filling up the chip racks that was kind to everyone in the store and though he was not involved in our interaction, he definitely was not part of whatever is clearly going wrong in that store.)

I had a bad experience today. I asked the gentleman to change his glove before making my sub after he was just touching the cash register and he gave me a dirt look and huffed and puffed and then once he changed his gloves he said “Do you want me to cough on them?” I felt disrespected and I didn’t expect a response like that which is unacceptable.

Refused to take my money because it was a $100 a bill. Why do they not have a marker to detect or a machine to detect any fraud? All I keep are $100 bills.I make more than ther staff combined.

I love Jersey Mike's subs, they're amazing, but I wish we had a better location nearby. This one is always filthy - not just in the dining area but around the pop machine and in the sandwich prep area as well -and the employees just stand around doing nothing.
